There is 1 employee they have that makes things the way they are ordered, the rest of the ENTIRE staff there is horrible. We ordered our food and coffee this morning....I order extra cream and extra sugar on top of 2 flavors. Well, I get my coffee home and it's was almost black with no flavoring whatsoever. Apparently, you have only 1 hour to return for a refund???? I live on a farm with multiple different kinds of animals to feed, medicate and take care of. Well, first of all this new 1 hour policy is new to me and they refused to give me a refund. They said they could remake it or give me food instead. I still have my food from this morning because I had no coffee to drink with it and I don't want or will I drink another coffee at this time of day. This store is useless, the employees burn the food and then cop an attitude when you ask them to remake it. They can't make coffee correctly either. I would HIGHLY recommend NOT buying ANYTHING from this location.

They didn't have hot coffee at the dunkins in Rochester on wakefield Street at 630.pm and 3 cars drove off unsatisfied

i went in at 8:45 the other night and some asian descended man was at the counter, i asked to place an order and he said "no we are closed" he was listening to music very loud with many cuss words and i had my daughter with me. i am never coming here again

I went in at like 8:50 PM and was hoping to get munchkins for my fellow co-workers. I went in and a younger guy at the counter said he shut down everything and all the food was gone. Then when I tried to ask him why he got rid of all the food he said because were closed. I will never stop here again.
