Absolutely the worst Dunk's I've ever been to. The employees let anyone walk in and take your order you placed online. The employees are braindead and can't communicate with you what happened and are genuinely lost. Speed has never been a priority here. Meanwhile while my order was taken the manager was just standing there on her phone showing videos to her co workers, un professional to the max. I never was offered any sort of compensation like a donut for them losing my order,...read full review
I do not know that it happened with the previous employees they gave good service with those of now they are different almost every day and I had a problem twice with it, first he did not make a coffee and today I ordered at 7am a bagel was not made and the worst thing is that the receipt was in the caunter and I had to wait until 7:14 when the break is 15 minutes bad service.
I asked for a plain bagel they gave me the top of plain bagel on the bottom of asiago bagel
