We couldn’t even get a couple of cups for the two liter we purchased, I asked the bottled blonde guy several times and he ignored me, so I reached over and grabbed a few from the bar area. The look of disappointment I got from him was incredible, like Sir, do you not provide two cups for your two liters? Just not friendly service, you couldn’t offer me a free Moezilla to go back

I’ve been coming here with my daughter for years. I asked for my whole original moe add roast beef and the newer staff refused to make it. Guy said “I’m in charge we won’t do it”.

Food is excellent, service and atmosphere is excellent also. I would suggest they change their 6 o’clock time to what is really 7pm and encourage people to look at all the other times too before driving there when it’s a Sunday & a different time :0)

I asked for an original Italian no olives.. said can u add a few xtra green pepper... and they charged me xtra? And I got legit one pickle on each side of my sub and almost zero onions.

Completely disgusted I went to order a sub, and the guy behind the counter had gloves on prior to asking me what I would like. I told him he proceeded to rub his hands on his shirt as I was walking in and wiped his nose with his hand that had the gloves on after that he made my sandwich which he should have put on new gloves right as soon as told him what I would like anyhow, he goes on to make my sandwich halfway rolling my sub up he rips the other glove off and continues to roll my sub up in tinfoil using his dirty hand . Some people should not work in the food industry.
