Recently ordered a sub from this moes. More is known for their fresh bread. My sub roll was not fresh. It cracked as soon as I picked it up. That’s not fresh. Unless they claim it’s fresh out of the freezer. I won’t get my moes subs from Rochester again.

I asked for a fully loaded Italian sub, and I got literally gas station sub shop. When I asked for lettuce, he yelled at me and said Moes has never sold lettuce before. What does that even mean? What kind of sub shop doesn’t sell lettuce? I would have rather gotten food from Cumberland Farms. It would’ve been a third of the price and 100 times better with better customer service.

Amazing place. I went in looking stupid and asked for a burger. Not reading the whole sign, I just read Moe's. Hahah. The turkey club was fast mad. The meatballs are exquisite over all meatballs could be a bit hotter but i did show up 15 minutes before closing. But the club was simple and easy and fast. The chicken salad is amazing i got a super and there was way more chicken then i expected. Altho now eating. Id say more veggies but the chicken salad is deffenlty a summer dish. Overall its a really good place super clean and the staff is super friendly.

Very disappointed as I don’t eat out often and really wanted a Moe’s sub ordered a half original no olives but add all rest of veggies with Mayo. I was asked 3 times about no olives which was no issue but when I opened my sandwich it had no tomatoes and included olives. It was a big reminder why I don’t eat out often.

Spent $35 including a $5 tip. We couldn’t even get a couple of cups for the two liter we purchased, I asked the bottled blonde guy several times and he ignored me, so I reached over and grabbed a few from the bar area. The look of disappointment I got from him was incredible, like Sir, do you not provide two cups for your two liters? Just not friendly service, you couldn’t offer me a free Moezilla to go back

I’ve been coming here with my daughter for years. I asked for my whole original moe add roast beef and the newer staff refused to make it. Guy said “I’m in charge we won’t do it”.
In my opinion, one of the best and unique Italian grinder that you'll ever have!

Food is excellent, service and atmosphere is excellent also. I would suggest they change their 6 o’clock time to what is really 7pm and encourage people to look at all the other times too before driving there when it’s a Sunday & a different time :0)

I asked for an original Italian no olives.. said can u add a few xtra green pepper... and they charged me xtra? And I got legit one pickle on each side of my sub and almost zero onions.

Completely disgusted I went to order a sub, and the guy behind the counter had gloves on prior to asking me what I would like. I told him he proceeded to rub his hands on his shirt as I was walking in and wiped his nose with his hand that had the gloves on after that he made my sandwich which he should have put on new gloves right as soon as told him what I would like anyhow, he goes on to make my sandwich halfway rolling my sub up he rips the other glove off and continues to roll my sub up in tinfoil using his dirty hand . Some people should not work in the food industry.
