dude, the burgers are good, but the fried chicken sandwich is my new favorite item – nice and crispy and not overcooked 👌super happy they switched to beef tallow for their frying. it adds a savory floor and much healthier than seed oils 🌽 (corn is bad). atmosphere and service are great, too! also, they recently switched over to Local by Toast for online orders – also a great move! 🤙
I was so excited to dine here once they made the switch to beef tallow after years of being away because they always cooked my fries just right. My first 6 or so visits were spot on amazing! I like my fries literally so dark the centers become black, and they were nailing it.
