Best Crab Rangoons ever!!! Thin crispy crust. Full of flavor.
Liu's has been a staple of Rochester for decades. I can remember eating there as a child, and I still enjoy the food today. Their new location seems primarily focused on takeout. They do have several booths, but they don't appear to have a wait staff; it's moreso just a place to eat your takeout order.
