Fabulous local restaurant. Good food in Rumney. Hard working awesome folks, the kind you want to support. ❤️
I wanted to love this place, but the enchiladas, on Mexican night, were made with flour tortillas. What??? The sides were good. If I return I’ll be very specific when I order.
So my hubby and I went in on a Wednesday. We didn’t know it was Mexican night. My husband isn’t a fan.. Deb the owner was very accommodating to make him happy and got him a burger! He was very happy! With that being said I had fish tacos! So so good!! Thanks for making our anniversary dinner great!
Parking: Lots of parking
This is a wonderful eatery and well worth the turn off of Route 25 while passing through the area. The sandwiches and soup are made fresh by the owner and are very hearty. I especially love the pulled pork! The baked goods are to die for! The restaurant is comfortable and nicely decorated with a wrap around covered proch for outdoor dining. The owner and staff are super nice and very welcoming !
Great food, service and price

We r regulars & love the fresh, homemade food, friendly staff & clean & peaceful atmosphere.
Great food and service! Fried pickles and spicy bbq pulled pork pizza were excellent!
We had a very good lunch here today. There was something for everybody and the people taking our order and making the food were very friendly. The iced chai was a favorite.
Lovely deck seating, outstanding pasta salad. Kind people!

Made to Feel Uncomfortable and UnwelcomedIt took me a while to figure out how to write this review, so I’ve decided I will just state all the facts and let the readers come to their own conclusion.Over Memorial Day Weekend my fiancé and I went to Stella’s for lunch. My fiancé, a person of color, had packed his own lunch and I, a white female, was ordering food from Stella's Place. My fiancé asked the server if it was okay if he ate his lunch at the restaurant. The server told him it was fine and thanked him for asking.About 5 minutes later Debbie, who was working as a cashier and cooking, came outside and started berating my fiancé for eating his own food. She raised her voice and stated “DO YOU KNOW HOW RUDE IT IS TO BRING YOUR OWN FOOD TO AN ESTABLISHMENT?” I stepped in and defended my fiancé stating that he asked if he could eat his own food. Debbie responded with “NO HE DIDN’T, I’M THE ONLY ONE HERE!” This was a lie as there was another server who was bringing our food out to us. Debbie continued to yell at my fiancé so he grabbed his food and left.Once my fiancé left Debbie came back outside and said “I didn’t mean to be rude to the gentleman.” I then repeated that my fiancé had asked if he could eat his own food but this time specified he asked the gentleman inside. Debbie responded “Oh him? He’s just a line cook.” I didn’t realize this two person establishment had such a well defined hierarchy. My bad.Whatever Debbie’s motives were, berating someone in front of other customers is completely unacceptable. It goes without saying we will not be returning to this establishment.
Super beau café, service très amicale et la propriétaire est très gentille! Je recommande ce petit café a tous ceux qui recherche un peu de chaleur et de réconfort dans une journée grise!!
The best breakfast in the area. Pastries that are delicious, baked fresh every morning. Try the coffee cake, it’s unbelievably good. Treat yourself.
Had a wonderful breakfast yesterday with a fantastic Latte!
Great place to relax and have something yummy for breakfast.
