“Fantastic meal and beers at a beautiful barn & outdoor patio! Such a fun vibe with a real NH feel! As a local, I absolutely love this! The food menu was really diverse and the couple of appetizers we ordered were outrageously good! Poutine & Italian nachos- generous portions, great flavor and truly enjoyed to the last bite! We enjoyed some hazy IPA’s under blue skies and gentle mountain breezes! Can’t wait to visit again! The hostess and waitstaff were so welcoming and genuinely interested in our experience! “Have been going for 3 years now. We have found a big variation of size of servings in soft serve. We got one that was 5-6” tall as a medium, next time it was barely 3” tall as a medium. Ordered a sundae with NO nuts and it was covered up in nuts! Pup cups have gotten super small this year as well. And the service window has black mold all over it on outside. Must of been there for a few days. Must clean outside as well as inside. Not the same as it had been for the past 2 years. I understand there are new owners but they will need to keep with the reputation the place had or they will lose customers.”

“I’ve only been to Newfoundland Lake Inn a few times. I’ve only just discovered it this year. i’ve eaten once in the dining room. I loved the view. We sat at the window overlooking the porch and the lake. I thought the food was exceptional. I’ve been to the Sunday brunch twice. It’s like being on a cruise ship with all the variety anyone could ask for from fruit to several kinds of eggs, etc. there was even an omelette chef making anything you could possibly want. I had lunch with friends on the deck. They were umbrellas if we wanted shade. oh yes, I attended an evening in the barn outback. Elvis was in the building. I really don’t have a single complaint. I would recommend newfound Lake Inn for casual or special evening with friends.”

“After a full weekend of hiking and mountain biking we went to this place for pizza, french fries and fantastic service! Fast, friendly and delicious. The pizza was cooked perfectly with a slightly crispy crust in the toppings were not greasy or soggy. The french fries were the perfect texture of crispy but not burnt.”

The food itself was quite tasty (They have a pretty decent steak!), but not too remarkable. Additionally, they had a small selection of Mexican dishes, which adds some variety to the menu. Overall, a pretty good classic American grill with great staff and a nice atmosphere.”

“Excellent brunch! We stopped here on a Sunday at 10:30-luckily no wait and we were seated outside. VERY friendly and prompt staff. I ordered Texas-style French toast (just a hint of cinnamon - yum!) and my husband had an omelet - chock full of pepper, onion, feta and hash - delicious!\nMilford has a walkable downtown and this restaurant is near the oval - very much worth the visit. Reasonable prices.”
