“Stopped at this location April 7th 2024 a day before the solar eclipse. (Chaos) This pub was so busy when we arrived there were probably 20 people waiting. Preston the ONLY waiter who was working this evening was so calm and collective and made the atmosphere very inviting. I work in food industry and would really like to say this experience was one of the best . I WILL be back! Shout out to PRESTON and JL SULLIVANS for an amazing dinner and experience.”

“Mad River Coffee is always a good stop when you're in the area. We stopped on Tuesday and wasn't disappointed. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich special. OMG so good! I took a pic of the specials board so I could attempt to make it at home. We'll see how successful I am. Coffee and service gets an "A" as well. Make sure to visit.”

“Enjoyed an early dinner at the pop-up restaurant after a day of skiing. We ordered some of this and some of that. Everything was delicious. Keeping this from being a 5? The zucchini fries were over salted -- and coming from me, who over-salts everything, that's saying they were too salty -- and the perfectly cooked fried chicken sandwich needed a "pop:" a pickle, a sauce, or something with a bit of acid.”

“This was my best meal to date in our whirlwind skiing trip in New Hampshire. Had the most amazing burger, aptly named the Tommy Burger, and cheeky red onion rings, ordered fries as well but couldn't eat them. In fact, I couldn't even sample the world-renowned key line pie as I was too full.The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating.and the place just oozed character. And to top it all off, all for under $20. Happy days.”

“Stopped by with the family after a day of skiing. Mostly a takeout spot, but they have a few tables for dining in. We had garlic knots, salad, a cheese pizza, Margherita pizza, and brownies. All were really good, service was friendly and quick. Pizzas are made right in front of you in a stone fire oven. We'll be back!”

“I loved this place! My husband and I came in, sat down at the counter, and enjoyed our delicious ice cream! He got a banana split sundae while I got a one-scooper of cookie dough. The ice cream was rich and creamy, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous. The service was excellent, and it was the perfect place to slow down for a bit and enjoy some ice cream. The only thing that could've made it cooler, was if they served old fashioned sodas. It was the perfect retro feel inside and the sodas would've elevated it to something untouchable!! It's also connected to a used bookstore, which is pretty much a dream spot for me. If we are ever in the area again, this will be a high priority on our list!”

“Ar first glance, this is a comfortable spot to bring friends and family; the crowd here, the staff, everyone around are a pleasure to be around. We came here with a friend who's a quadriplegic, using a heavy and tough to navigate power wheelchair. There's a pretty big step up at the door, and I was certain we'd have to find a different place to bring our friend and his wheelchair. Courtney at the bar, Tracy, our server, and Mike, who may be the owner, helped out, arranging tables and chairs for him to get through, and Mike pulled out an actual wheelchair ramp and set it up at the front door to get my friend in the door. This place is an older place, obviously before people thought about things like wheelchair access, but I have to say I was impressed by the lengths everyone went through to help my friend have a good meal and a good time. And we definitely had both, because the food was delicious and the staff were nothing but great to be around. We're only visiting the area, but if I lived closer, this would, without a doubt, be the place at which I'd want to come hang out. This is a true, old school neighborhood spot like I grew up seeing. I'm glad they still exist.Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't seem accessible at first, but don't jump to conclusions; they are accessible and very helpful about it.”

“This place is great! I moved up here from NY about 8 years ago and finally found a pizzeria that I like. All the food is excellent. Pizza is always cooked to perfection, sandwiches are outstanding and prices are even better. But you can't top the service, they are some of the nicest people around. Just had a calzone from there tonight, and it was incredible! They've been my go-to for a year now, and will be for a long time!”

I left the egg off the special of the breakfast sandwich, and I had an option of at least 4 cheeses.One can sit at the counter or in the cozy cafe area, but there is more seating in the inns lobby (maybe by the fire) and across the hall.Several copies of the local paper were on the counter to read.Vegetarian options: Sausage and bacon were offered. Otherwise, it was vegetarian..”

“The Panther Burger, best burger I've eaten anywhere at any price, though the Jalama Burger in CA is a very close second. The Panther Burger is deliciously chard and stacked with all sorts of delicious sauces and extras. The only thing I eat at Panther Pub, a treat every time!”
