“Great little find. Very large craft beer menu, plus some properly good pizza! Had the veggie and meat lovers pizzas , and they turned out to be some of the best I’ve had. Best option in the area by a good margin, and friendly service to boot!”

“Have been there twice in the last month. My kids split one of the kids taco meal - they love it. The guacamole appetizer is awesome as well as the beef quesadilla which my husband and I split. He is a big eater and it is plenty for us. The portions are large and the staff is extremely friendly.Kid-friendliness: My kids can be picky and they love it here. Food is great as well as the atmosphere.”

“Cozy cafe that had surprisingly good coffee. Little pricey for offerings but because of location I can understand why. Best option for coffee in the plaza area for sure otherwise it's hotel swill. Limited hours so go earlier rather than later.”

“My son and I made an impromptu stop for a late lunch and enjoyed it. Service was prompt (they were not crowded), and decor was nice. The food and drink were delicious with a couple of exceptions. My blood orange mezcalita was served in a clay cup and was very tasty. My son ordered a virgin Pina colada and was disappointed with a pink drink. The guacamole was strangely served on a bed of lettuce, which was a little odd. My son had the chicken quesadilla, and I had a Chile Verde special and both were delicious. I would definitely go back if I am up in the area”

“People are yelling at the two servers and one bartender who are working on a rainy 4th of July post-pandemic. Our server worked his tail off and our food & drinks were awesome. Be patient, people.”

“Mad River Coffee is always a good stop when you're in the area. We stopped on Tuesday and wasn't disappointed. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich special. OMG so good! I took a pic of the specials board so I could attempt to make it at home. We'll see how successful I am. Coffee and service gets an "A" as well. Make sure to visit.”

“Stopped by with the family after a day of skiing. Mostly a takeout spot, but they have a few tables for dining in. We had garlic knots, salad, a cheese pizza, Margherita pizza, and brownies. All were really good, service was friendly and quick. Pizzas are made right in front of you in a stone fire oven. We'll be back!”

“Jem of a place! SAY CHEESE!! Our kids took us there for Raclette night. Such a cool and very unique experience. I'm a huge cheese lover and I had never had cheese this way...cooking your own food on your table on a flat top hibachi smothered in delicious melted cheese that melts below the hibachi while you cook your food. Great ambiance and staff and such a nice vibe in the picturesque village of Sandwich.”

“Had both the best dinner and airbnb experience at JL Sullivan’s Irish pub. Enjoyed the beef stew special and the Guinness buffalo wings. Would highly recommend, and will return to stay and eat here again!”

“Sweet place to grab a drink. They have a good selection of beer. The guy working were real nice. Inside is done up with as a cool lodge. There is a good amount of seating facing the mountain. Unfortunately, If you want food you will need to go downstairs. I recommend bringing your food uenjoying the outside seating”

“Ordered a cheese pizza and salad for takeout. It was a good value, and fast. Exactly what you'd expect. The pizza was on the greasy side, but a lot of people like it that way. I was surprised to see all the low reviews, but I haven't tried most of the menu.”

I would Never put forth a negative review, if it was not in place.... The management needs A Well Versed Executive chef period.”

“Local tavern a short drive from Waterville ski area. Menu had tavern/pub staples and good menu of drinks from the bar. Clam chowder was a little better than expected and a burger was very welcome after a day on the mountain. They did have a kids menu if that is something you need to consider.”
