Holy cow where to begin?
Pretty sure this place just buys 3 dollar walmart pizza, doesn't follow the instructions on how to cook them properly, then sells them for 20 bucks.

waited for an hour for low quality ice cream and bad iced coffee. around 10 parties who ordered after us were served before we were. disappointing.

This place is terrible. We were looking forward to getting a pizza after a long day at the beach. When the pizza got out after 20 minutes my freinds and I were exited to hear our order name. But when we saw the box it was tiny and they said we would get a 12 inch pizza. When we opened the box the pizza looks like it shrunk when they cooked it. There were TWO slices of pizza for four of us. I thought it was a sick joke but turned out not to be the pizza wasn’t even good either and definitely was NOT worth 22 dollars. Do NOT eat here. And you might as well save your money for other food.

Boy oh boy where do I even start. This place is absolutely atrocious. I ordered a flatbread chicken bacon ranch pizza for 22 dollars and was handed a small personal pizza box. I thought it was very odd but decided to pursue and see where it takes me. When I opened the box I was utterly flabbergasted. I was met with 2 small pieces of no cheese, and no ranch on my 2 miniature slices of pizza. I thought it was some sort of sick prank but I guess not. Save this money for McDonald’s or gas. Not here.

Lobster roll are generous and good for a good price compare to other places. Right next to the surf shop.

Awesome pizza, sandwiches and salads! Highly recommend breakfast too always delicious. We get it everyday on vacation.

Was looking forward to what I thought was going to he a great meal, but $75 later was so sadly disappointed with what was actually delivered to my door. Pizza was so tough and leathery and as for 12", it must have shrunk when cooked...maybe it started out at 12"...threw it away. Onion rings were cold, after reheating it didn't help, they were flavorless. The personal pan pizza was basically one square of a Sicilian pizza, it wouldnt even fill one corner of a size small pizza box. The two salads were sub par. This was the worst $75 spent fir a meal ever!

Delivered cold and 30 mins late... Ordered the lobster pizza and a Hawaiian. Pizzas were very small, not even the 12" we ordered, maybe 9.5. Then the pizza crust was hard and the overall pizza was flavorless. Sad because we were so hungry.

The food is amazing! The meatball sub is my favorite. The service is incredible your food will be done in under 20 minutes and the employees are so nice. I would definitely recommend eating here and the ice cream is so delicious as well!

Great little sub shop!

The young woman taking my order was very pleasant. Unfortunately the sandwiches we ordered were very poor quality. I got an Italian sub and turkey sub. I paid extra for cheese which wasn’t on it and there was literally only two slices of turkey. The subs were basically all bread. My friend’s veggie and hummus wrap was almost all lettuce and- pickles. Yes pickles. She couldn’t even eat it. There was a piece of tomato and a couple of canned olives. Nothing else. Cannot recommend.

Love this place, good variety for my family, diffently recommend this place....very friendly

Great service and excellent food, if your ever in Rye you should stop In and give it a try.
