Best seafood, hands DOWN! We travel an hour one way just for peteys. Food is perfectly cooked every time, batter doesn't leave you feeling like yr in a food coma. Large portions, wonderful atmosphere inside & out! Love the upper lounge/bar area! No other place i will go for seafood.

Their lobster rolls are with mayo and lettuce which I personally was not a fan of. Also hate how they use disposable plates/water cups. Cmon guys, you have a kitchen which could probably fit a dishwasher. Stop being wasteful

Love Petey's, our neighborhood seafood restaurant! But wish they were consistent with the recipe for their lobster bisque. It is a hit or miss lately!

Always a quaint, friendly place to settle into a hot bowl of chowder in the cooler weather. We sampled all four and have no outright winner! Enjoy the vibe.

It took a while to get served in the dining room. We ordered a delicious lobster bisque. It was served in a to- go container with a plastic spoon. Our entre was served on disposable plates. At least we had a real fork and knife. The tables next to us were preset with plastic silverware. Food was okay.

We asked for a bar seat and originally they did not have any since they were busy but one of the people working there told us when we ordered our drinks that some seats were going to clear. I appreciated them accommodating us for that. The staff overall was great and never tried to rush us in any way.

The drinks were a bit overpriced but the drink special was nice. I got a Mai Tai and it tasted pretty strong. I got friend pickles, and onion rings and both were good. The onion rings were thin and delicate in a great tasting way. You can tell they were house made and not some bulk cisco variety. The basket was also loaded so worth the value. We did have to add salt to everything, but them having malt vinegar definitely elevated a lot of the meal as well.

The lobster was 2lbs. It was fresh and perfectly cooked. The flesh was still firm without it falling apart completely. The claw and tail was very easy to slide out in one piece. The fries were alright. The onion rings made them seem fairly mediocre.

The local beer on tap was good.
