Ordered a take out: twin lobsters, double close slaw ( cause they do not give you as much as Petys) I waited n hour. I cancelled my order, they didn't seem to care, young girls staff. Thy had no paper work to give me as proof the order was cancelled. I was so disappointed as it was a spcial treat for me. I won't go back. 2025 I posted this years ao. I found out later that it was mothers'sday and they were off the wall busy. It was just one of those things. I always go to Rays. Love it.

high priced lobster rolls fyi, service was fine but they were older women not the younger group we we’re used to over the summer so there patience was limited ! not great but not but bad but iam picky ….

My husband and I have gone here many years and enjoyed it ,but yesterday when we went upstairs to eat the owner said very fresh and loud,,like yelling at us!In front of other customers. She was yelling why are you upstairs didn't you see the sign downstairs,no we never had to wait because it's in the bar section outdoors..what a way to treat customers!!Rude,Very rude. Don't go it's not worth it.There are plenty of other places.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered takeout, waited an hour to be told “we yelled out your name 5 times and you don’t come up and grab your food”. I was waiting at the counter the entire time. By the time we even got our food that was ready for 45 minutes it was soggy and cold. Mind you they don’t let you ask them when your order will be ready, instead it’s “if your name wasn't called it’s not ready” which mine wasn’t called once. We won’t be back again.
