I just ordered from my chipotle app and I put extra protein and extra cheese and extra rice and extra sour cream but when I got my food I opened my bowl in the car and it was half full. So I went inside and ask if I could get a side of cheese, sour cream and protein but they told me it would be extra cost for the protein. If I already paid for the double protein why should I have to pay again?!. And the workers were not professional at all half the staff were giving me dirty looks while I was waiting for the girl who was working at the cash register to give me my side of sour cream and cheese. Glady I will never return to this chipotle or any other chipotle since i paid 15 dollars for a half full bowl with my missing double protein.

Went to the Tuscan Village location tonight for the first time, fairly certain it will be the last. I placed my order online for an 8:30 pm pickup. Walked in to get my order and it was as if a food fight had happened. All of the tables were dirty with bits of food, they had their garbage barrels pulled out as their was an employee taking out the full bags however the barrels sat out, the floors were filthy. Just not a good look. The restaurant was not busy when I arrived, but I am assuming it had been earlier.My order wasn't on the shelf where they put online orders, so I waited a few minutes. One of the employees then asked if I was picking up an order. It turned out that it was ready, but had not been put on the takeout shelves yet.I get out to my car and realize the large chips and guacamole, side of tomato salsa and side of queso were missing. I went back in to let them know I had missing items. The employee I spoke with, who was very nice said they were out of chips. Huh? How do you run out of chips? Anyway, she gave me the side of guacamole, salsa and queso along with a phone number to call for a refund.I get home and my order which should have been a burrito bowl was also missing ingredients. What I ordered was:Chicken burrito bowl-Chicken (missing)-white rice (not missing, but in large clumps)-black beans-fajita veggies (missing)-sour cream-cheese-guacamole-tomato salsa-corn salsa-lettuce (missing)Quite a disappointment. I did call the customer service number provided and they have applied some rewards which was nice.I really enjoy Chipotle, but this location needs some improvement.

Restaurant is an absolute disaster. 95% of tables are open, but everyone has trash or food debris on them. Food portions were ridiculously small on my bowl.

Experience on 4/5/24 at 9:15pmI have worked at Chipotle in the past and I now work in a very professional customer service setting- my experience with this staff was so unfortunate that it has led me to bring it to the company’s attention. When I entered this location, it was disgusting and an absolute mess. When I arrived to order my food, a staff member with blue earrings and a tattoo sleeve was being extremely rude and unprofessional to the customer in front of me. I have never seen someone with such a poor attitude and customer service, I was truly disgusted and appalled. She messed up the customers order and then was upset and clearly rude to the customer because she had to remake the bowl. If I were him I would have shared extremely unkind words with her for her poor attitude and service. When it was my turn she was extremely unpleasant, again almost got my order wrong and was mad when I directed her to do as I asked, and just overall impolite. I witnessed her be extremely bossy to another employee and I pray for the rest of the staff that she is not the manager of this location. My spouse and I ended up declining to take our bowls, resulting in wasted food and lost profit, due to such awful and embarrassing customer service. On top of that, the restaurant is immensely disgusting beyond what I can express. I’m expecting a child and would never want to eat something that could potentially harm my unborn baby due to their lack of cleanliness. This staff members attitude is inexcusable and she is absolutely not an asset to your company but rather an extreme liability.

this chipotle really gets me riled up. I can just feel the blood rushing in my body. The service here has always been good and very helpful with the music in the back turning me on. 5 stars.

Extremely rude and rushing customers. Making up rules on how things should be ordered and telling customers next time to order online when it’s a basic order, that’s ridiculous, don’t recommend coming here. Place also isn’t the cleanest

Worst Chipotle ever. Trash all over the floor, no customers at all and 7 employees just hanging out while the floor is covered in rice, chips and beans. No napkins anywhere, no lemonade either. Tables are filthy. If the customer facing area is this gross I can’t imagine the kitchen ?

While having my order taken, the staff was very kind and proficient in their work. I really appreciate all they did. However, manager Cami was very rude to these young workers who were simply doing their jobs. I still love this restaurant, and will definitely be back again - but the management's attitude needs to change.

Placed and order online and arrive 30 minutes before closing to find the place locked up. I went to the side door and finally got someone's attention and was told half of my order wasn't filled because they had run out of something but would I like a drink? No thank you, just a refund. I was told I had to do that online... As I'm leaving I'm told the meat I ordered had run out too and so they gave me chicken instead. Three tiny pieces of disgusting, gray chicken and none of the other ingredients were right, either... I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me... My hopes are not very high...

Me and my gals went to chipotle post practice. Looking forward to a great chipotle experience, when I then was met by the most unpleasant women I think I have ever encountered. I'm assuming she was the manager considering she was pushing 35-40 years old. She was simply mean and so disrespectful. No customer service skills whatsoever. Yelled at us because we didn't see the sign out front that it was card only. Then a very kind employee that I've only ever had good experiences with, has tattoos all over him, great guy, gave my friend her bowl for free. Seriously deserves a raise. I also watched her be rude the kids in-front of me. Me and my friends were in genuine shock by this gross customer service. I hope you guys can find new management, maybe someone who doesn't hate there job.

If I could give this chipotle 0 stars I would. Without fail every time you go there, there will be some type of reason why you can’t order normally. It closes at 10, showed up at 7:30pm and completely closed. This time two girls are working and there is no one in the store. One approaches the counter to say because of short staffing, they’re unable to take your order in person, but would like you to sit in the store and place an online order which they will fulfill. Absolutely insane. Don’t know why I even try here anymore, you definitely shouldn’t. A complete waste of time and terrible management.

Eye math Debate

It's mind boggling that this manager has a job. Place is a mess, food is overcooked and dry, and the rice is cold. Service is atrocious. The kids would rather be anywhere else but there, and it shows.
