Good food but never open
40 min waiting on a pickup order while 10+ people walk in and order faster than me getting my food…. Very slow.
ok how do i even start this. first of all the rice? DRY. the root beer? GONE. the chips? GONE. the line? 30 MINUTES. this is diabolical and despicable i dont condone this behavior at a fine establishment like chipotle. you just lost a loyal customer.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a welcoming atmosphere with good service and helpful staff. The restaurant's staff is knowledgeable and proficient in their work, providing excellent service to customers. The employees are nice and didn't roll their eyes when asked for plain white rice. The meat wasn't burnt. They offer fresh food with very generous portions and vegetarian options like beans, white or brown rice, cheese, and guacamole for tacos, burritos, or bowls. They also recycle all glass bottles, plastic utensils, serving trays, and separate out food waste.
