I just ordered from my chipotle app and I put extra protein and extra cheese and extra rice and extra sour cream but when I got my food I opened my bowl in the car and it was half full. So I went inside and ask if I could get a side of cheese, sour cream and protein but they told me it would be extra cost for the protein. Went to the Tuscan Village location tonight for the first time, fairly certain it will be the last. I placed my order online for an 8:30 pm pickup. Walked in to get my order and it was as if a food fight had happened. All of the tables were dirty with bits of food, they had their garbage barrels pulled out as their was an employee taking out the full bags however the barrels sat out, the floors were filthy.
