i’m glad their menu had vegetarian options like sofritas as a protein choice. taste-wise, everything felt fresh and very filling. my companions even said they couldn’t tell it was vegetarian.

overall, my first experience at chipotle was satisfying. however, my main concern was the cleanliness of this branch. the toppings bar did not look well maintained, and the tables were also quite dirty, to the point where we had to thoroughly wipe our table clean. this did dampen the experience a bit.“

They do make up for it in quality but it seems that you don't get to choose what you want. If you order 3 Burrito supreme and 2 crunchy tacos, you will get 1 really good Beefy 5 layer and 2 crunchy tacos! You never know what you're gonna get!“

“First time visiting. We visit a lot of Mexican restaurants in and around the North Shore, and have our favorites. This is for sure a new favorite for us. The customer service at the location in Malden was excellent, our waitress was so polite, personable, and the right amount of attentive. The restaurant was spotless, I mean, SPOTLESS, including the restroom. The rest of the staff checked in, and the food was excellent.“

“Came here Thursday around 5pm on a date with my wife. We were excited because the place wasn’t so busy at the moment and we were hoping to have a booth to ourselves in a corner. The hostess was so nice and was going to seat us in the perfect spot. But then, the manager, whose name is Rudy by the way, says to her “No!, you can’t sit them there! That table is for 7 people!” So we sat at the table next it, and watched the table we wanted be empty the whole time we were there. But, other than that, the waitress that served us was amazing! The food was great and The hostess was very nice. That manager just hindered the better experience with an obvious power trip. So if he’s ever working, go next door to Fridays!“

“I dared to go for my first time on Cinco de Mayo and was not disappointed. Ya, it was crowded, service was on the slower side and our order was not quite right, but given that it was probably the busiest day of the year for Flaco's, I give them five stars!

The atmosphere was festive, (the restaurant was full with a wait) the drinks were amazing and the food was delicious. The menu had many choices, prices are fair, the decor was a bit dated but gave me the feeling of being in Mexico. Had no kids with me but the kids there seem to be having a great time, with a small arcade to play in, so imo kid friendly!

I noted that the ALL the folks working there, including the owner, were giving 100% to their customers. From the hostess to the cooks, they were working hard and it showed. Everyone was very friendly and in my opinion the chaos provided for a fun, celebratory atmosphere which is what we wanted! Anyone that is complaining on this day needs to stop, what did they expect on Cinco de Mayo?

I even tried viva la birria in the Woburn, ma location and IT DID NOT COMPARE AT ALL. This specific location in Lawrence is so good I don’t even know how to describe in words how good this location makes their tacos. It’s almost been a year and I’ve still been regularly buying from this place every single weekend. I’ve put all my friends on and all my friends now regularly buy from this location as-well. I swear I’m not getting sponsored these birria tacos are genuinely just so heavenly. I swear whenever I buy from this place and bite into these tacos my soul reaches heaven.
