“My most favorite Dunks! I have to admit I did work there for a very short time between jobs a few years ago and my son currently works there but I've been going there 17 years now so long before my kid or myself worked there. Employees have always been amazing, place is mostly clean with the exception of rude customers that come in here and there who think it's ok to leave a mess or throw wrappers on floor. Employees are quick to clean it though. Kudos to these Employees who handle customers so great...including the bad customers.“

“Very busy location. That's fine because coffee will be fresh, great service. I purchase my whole bean coffee beans here, nothing like a fresh ground cup of coffee of start my day but when I'm on the road I stop here first for breakfast, friendly and prompt service.“

I write Google reviews based on negative reviews on locations in the Massachusetts area as well as rate reviews for etc. today’s review is based on customer service and employees, professionally. I visit this location at 7:40 PM close to the closing time lady on microphone headset was very polite on the intercom very important and crucial when customer says thank you employee says you are welcome. Very good. She said you are welcome. Excellent as well as when I arrive to the window to pay for my order employee was very polite and professional at the window. This message is for the management at this location to acknowledge that you have a good worker and should remain at her position because she’s good at it. I plan to revisit in the near future as I mentioned I write Google reviews intended to help the community“
