Dunkin' Donuts in Salem

“My most favorite Dunks! I have to admit I did work there for a very short time between jobs a few years ago and my son currently works there but I've been going there 17 years now so long before my kid or myself worked there. Employees have always been amazing, place is mostly clean with the exception of rude customers that come in here and there who think it's ok to leave a mess or throw wrappers on floor. Employees are quick to clean it though. Kudos to these Employees who handle customers so great...including the bad customers.“

“Very busy location. That's fine because coffee will be fresh, great service. I purchase my whole bean coffee beans here, nothing like a fresh ground cup of coffee of start my day but when I'm on the road I stop here first for breakfast, friendly and prompt service.“

“I live minutes away from this D&D store. For a while I was not going to them simply because the drive through was not convenient. The wait time was forever long. The employees seemed to be dragging their feet and not putting much into customer service. Recently I noticed the drive through in the mornings have been empty. No backed up car lines to the street. I started going back. It appears they have a new manager on site and she runs a tight ship. The drive through window time has been quicker and the employees are friendlier, and orders are not getting messed up. I am giving 4 stars today. Kudo's for management for recognizing there was a problem.“

“The young girl in the drive thru with black hair is very pleasant, my entire order was ready when I came to the window and she was very quick cashing me out and sending me on my way. I believe more places should operate as smoothly. I'll definitely be coming back.“
