This used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant for years. The quality was always top notch, and fresh. Just went last night and so disappointed. They’ve jumped on the “cheap out” bandwagon. The chicken fingers were an 1/8 of the size the used to be, as is the fried shrimp. The chicken wings were so dry we didn’t eat them. The pork fries rice had a couple of pieces of pork fat in a minuscule amount with barely any peas and no egg we could...
Had beef and mushrooms with hot & sour soup and pork rice noodles with wonton soup. Everything was served quickly, well presented and hot.
Server was very efficient and made a minor change to one dish, and got the order correct.

1st time trying this restaurant and it will be on my revisit list when in Salem. Waiter listen to our dietary needs and our dishes were perfect and the kitchen was happy to prepare as we needed.
