Went thru Drive , Service was great. Friendly person handing over our food. The chicken sandwich was hot and crispy. Honestly delicious. Will go back for sure. Next time we are in the area.

Chicken was hot and crispy. Staff did their best to fulfill order (they seem to take delivery orders over in-store customers). Soda machine was broken, but staff refilled as needed. All in all, the food met the expectations and the staff did the best they could under the circumstances. If your not impatient, I would highly recommend.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and 6 pc boneless wings combo through mobile order and got 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 chocolate chip muffins and a Mac and cheese. They gave me someone else’s order.
I have never been to Popeyes. Told the girl at the counter and looked at me with a blank stare. So I said could I have 2 thighs with a biscuit and she said what else I said fries. OK she pretty much threw my food on a tray and seriously had 10 fries. I sat at a table that was not cleaned nor was the floor. Sitting in my seat noticed that what I just ordered was a special. She charged me 12 dollars. Special was 6 dollars. Will never go back. Miss Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Possible the worst fast food place in all of New England. Always mess up your order. Always all out of half the things on the menu. Somehow have THE worst tasting fountain soda in America. Usually have someone working the drive thru that doesn’t speak English. If you order a a chicken meal unless you ask for a breast(which it’s supposed to come with)-they’ll give you a wing and some other tiny mystery piece. I never write reviews. The only thing about this location worth anybody’s time is the writing of a bad review.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at Popeyes. Communication issues at the drive through, shamed for ordering as much food as I did and then had to be brought out drinks which they missed two out of four. I felt so bothered by the Spanish Inquisition as to why I ordered what I did that I felt completely unwelcome at this establishment. Also the fries where terrible not sure why but served in a bag on there own who does that? 100% terrible experience.
