The real deal , this place is an experience in itself. The rustic charm and natural farm atmosphere puts all others to shame.

What an incredible experience and seriously kind staff. The highlight was the four farm dogs and our breakfast server. She was so kind to my daughter and introduced her to “Bear”. The bacon and home fries were delicious. We can’t wait to return.

They are closed until 3/5/2024. We drove all the way out to find this out because they don't update their websites.

Good food! Be prepared as it is communal style (ex: they put everyone's pancakes on one plate and then everyone takes their pancake). Neat atmosphere. Try to avoid rush hour on Saturday or Sunday mornings after 9:30!

We absolutely love Heritage Farm! The people are so welcoming and kind. We love the family-style service and the food tastes comforting and cozy. My children loved the chocolate chip pancakes and chocolate milk. The bacon is my favorite. My kids spent hours playing with the animals on this beautiful autumn day and learned a lot. We highly recommend you patron this restaurant and support a local business and family.

Darling restaurant. Food is amazing. Try the gingerbread pancakes. You won't be disappointed.... plus there's a petting farm on premises

We stayed at the Steele Hill Resort nearby and this restaurant was on their list of recommended restaurants. We were looking forward to eating breakfast there especially it being a farm. When we entered the restaurant, no one greeted us. The restaurant had 4 other people. We finally went to the counter and looked at the menu. You ordered at the counter. The menu was very limited. Basically, pancakes, eggs, bacon. We should have walked out then. I ordered 2 cinnamon apple pancakes, my wife order 2 eggs, bacon and one blueberry pancake. We sat upstairs. Paper plates, plastic silverware and after we got done, we had to wipe down the plastic covered table ourselves. No offer of water. The pancakes were the worse we have ever eaten or not eaten. They were big and thick and hard like they were undercooked. We took a few bites of the pancakes and left the rest. We shared the eggs and bacon. We should have just walked out but we are too polite to do something like this. The bill came out to $31.00! Very disappointing.

The food was quick and delicious. We got chocolate chip and blueberry pancakes. Bacon was crispy and done just right. High quality ingredients. Also the petting soon was the best I’ve taken my toddler too. There was a very cute calf there along with plenty of other animals.

Delicious food served by very friendly folks in a gorgeous country farm setting. Families with kids can enjoy the petting zoo!

The place is interesting at first sight, given that it is in the middle of nowhere and that there many farm animals to be seen. The people are also friendly enough, but my god, is the food bad (particularly the pancakes!). Eating them feels like eating a rubbery, dense and flavorless mass where every bite is a choking hazard. All this at astronomically high prices, paper plates and cups as well as plastic utensils (at a place that wants to be seen as old fashioned and unique). Tourist trap alarm!

What…happened? We were here in 2020 and were so impressed by the location, food, and service that we decided to go again with our family of 4 this summer. We came here on a Saturday at around 10:30, which was understandably busy. We were told 30-40 mins, didn’t get seated until 1 hour after arrival and that was after we had checked to see how long of a wait we had left. We were served our drinks but the food didn’t come out for another hour. In total spent 2 hours for mediocre food. There weren’t at least some self serve water stations to help? Luckily the location was still beautiful and it was a nice day out to wait. Unfortunately not worth coming back.

This was our fourth time going there and we love it!! I have seen some negative reviews that it takes so long to get your food or it’s so expensive.. the eggs bacon are fresh the pancakes are made from scratch! Maybe you should go to Denny’s of IHOP and eat garbage! As for my wife and I and our friends that have come with us several times we love it and every time we’re up there it will always be our go to place!!!!

Been here two years in a row. This year (2023) it has become a LOT more expensive and we will not be heading back. Just our breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 came to over $40. Ordered 2 eggs sunny side up and only found out afterwards it didn’t even come with toast. Ordered white toast and that was $3.50. The playground is an insurance incident waiting to happen—make sure everyone has their tetanus shots prior to arrival. The petting zoo (not much of one to begin with and I’d avoid petting the geese) suddenly sprouted up a “donation” sign which wasn’t there last year. A few chickens and a goat—that just adds insult to injury. The petting zoo would’ve come to $40 if we were to pay that too.The farm has a great atmosphere and view. It’s such a pretty area and has plenty of opportunity. Great bacon. Good pancakes. Bring an electric fly swatter. But they need to bring the prices back down to planet earth. What they’re currently asking for ($3.50 for two pieces of white bread that should come with eggs really???) is absolutely a total shakedown. Especially considering there isn’t any table service. Also, please for the love of all things holy, FIX or better yet replace that “playground.” It’s not suitable for little kids. Jagged metal and plenty of really dangerous drops that could easily send a kids to the hospital or their afterlife. Live free or die, I suppose they don’t care which one.

It's so great they offer vegan/gluten free but the pancakes we had were very sandy. They were also gluten free so I'm not sure if they misheard and did gluten free and vegan or if the vegan option now only comes gluten free. Either way I was disappointed because last year the vegan pancakes were delicious but I couldn't even finish them this time. No alternative milks for the coffee
