Seabrook. The good: the bagels truly are some of the best around and I love the variety of spreads. The bad: your version of the Fluffy Seagull is straight up disgusting to the point of not being drinkable. There cannot be more than 2 oz of coffee in it and the rest of the cup is solid fluff. You cannot even shake it up, it's that thick. I can't even imagine the sugar content (and I like sweet). And on a final note: TRANSPARENCY. Best Bagel needs to get its act together with pricing...read full review
What a joke. We ordered three bagels from “Best” Bagel in Georgetown — should’ve been a simple task. Got home and every single one was wrong. Not one. Not two. All three. Total incompetence. It’s honestly impressive how badly they screwed up such a basic order. Either no one there can read a ticket, or they just don’t care. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — this place is a disaster. “Best” bagel?
It's bittersweet because the food is great and almost everyone that works there is polite except for the girl that wears the headphones in the pink sweatshirt at the Middleton place. she always has an attitude. she always has a look on her face like I shouldn't be here and I'm better than everybody. never says please never says thank you never responds to you when you say thank you. I will no longer go to this place this has been multiple visits that the lady has been totally...read full review

Based on the reviews, Best Bagel has awesome bagels and great customer service. The Salmon Lox bagels are a highlight, and the restaurant offers a great price on day old bagels and cream cheese to purchase. The food is fresh and delicious, with many choices for bagel sandwiches and fresh New England coffee. There is plenty of indoor seating and free parking. The drive thru is convenient and quick.
However, there are some issues. Some bagel and egg sandwiches have a strong chemical taste, possibly from the eggs. The bagels used to be big and fluffy but are now dense and doughy, as if the recipe changed. Also, service depends on which team is working. The A team, the classic "old timers," makes good food in a timely manner. The B team is new and has slow service with incorrect orders, though they do make thicker smoothies. Overall, the experience will depend on who is working.
