I was awake for 24 hours. I needed food before I took the bus. It was very early, the woman inside was kind. She asked me if I was okay and offered to bring me orange juice with my coffee. That little bit of caring went a long way for a rough night.

Me and my boyfriend waited to be seated at the front for maybe 10 minutes. Then the waitress came out and said rudely “I’ll be with you when I can, I’m the only one working” we then waited and she came back and asked if we wanted to sit we said yes and she said “well I have 3 parties ahead of you that I haven’t even seen so it’ll be a few minutes” we then left. Horrible customer service the woman had AirPods in. I understand that they are understaffed… we wouldn’t have minded waiting but the woman’s attitude was ridiculous.

I was not happy coming to this location waitress did not seem to know what she was doing barely came in to check on us and we came in with barely anyone inside the restaurant it took 30 minutes to get our order taken another hour before the food came out honestly was not too happy with this I felt really let

Cleanly environment and friendly staff. Understaffed. A mistake was made and immediately corrected which resulted to a free meal. I was impressed with the customer service. I was upset when I saw the people who waited behind my son and I were serviced first and immediately the waitress apologized and our meals were immediately comped. I was not expecting an apology or a free meal just bc of how most of society is today. My son loves ihop so the star ratings are coming from my almost extremely picky 10 year old. For me I was most impressed with the customer service; I would take my son back here to eat again. Being understaffed should never effect the rating people today don't want to work and that's not Ihops fault. Thank you for a good lunch date with my boy

What can I say about Seabrook IHOP? It's disgusting. Everything's we go there it's just horrendous. We just got two biscuits and gravy, waited 45 minutes for them, and then got home to find ice cubes in our gravy. This isn't even close to the first time we've gotten horrible food here.
