Cleanly environment and friendly staff. Understaffed. A mistake was made and immediately corrected which resulted to a free meal. I was impressed with the customer service. I was upset when I saw the people who waited behind my son and I were serviced first and immediately the waitress apologized and our meals were immediately comped. If you are expecting this IHOP to be as good as most, let me warn you. It is poorly run, poorly staffed and has a major law suits currently underway for sexual harassment of a 17 year old in addition to an discrimination suit. We ate there this morning . The food was typical but our poor waitress was obviously worn ragged. She claimed she was only making less than $3 an hour. There is never anyone at the front desk to seat you.
