“I try to go to new IHOPs when I can, to see if they're all the same. They're not. My mom is older and hasn't sat down in a restaurant since COVID started, so we got our order to go.

The staff were perfectly nice and even offered us refreshments while we waited. I interacted with no less than 3 staff members just sitting on the couch, waiting for our food. They wanted to make sure we weren't just sitting there.

After visiting Newburyport prior and being an unwilling participant in their Civil Rights Disrespected Tour '24, it was nice to come to this IHOP and be treated like a human.

I decided to switch up what I normally get and got the chicken biscuit sandwich and fries and my mom got pancakes and an Omelette. Wish the sandwich was cut in half, because it just fell apart and I ate it piece by piece, still a 10!?

“The food is fresh and deliciously prepared. There are a lot of “diners” in the north shore with good reviews, and the food usually tastes heavy, overly salted, and sometimes out of a can. Despite all of the other good reviews, I expected that from this place as well, partially because of the unassuming storefront in a plaza off rte 1. I was very pleasantly surprised! So many freshly baked breakfast goods, and the egg dishes we ordered were great. I can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back!“
