The food was doable. However... i ordered a t-bone steak with three eggs over medium and a small stack of pancakes. The eggs were supposed to be over medium, which usually means runny yoke and whites all the way cooked. The eggs whites were still runny, the steak was good flavor but the left side of bone the meat was hard to cut and chew. The pancakes were mushy. We went to the new Seabrook iHop to have breakfast for dinner on January 24. We arrived about an hour before closing. Surprisingly, there was only one other couple in the whole restaurant with us. The new dining area is huge and attractive. Our server was busy shutting down, waiting tables, and cashing out. He was terrific. Cheerful and attentive. Our food was exactly what we wanted; eggs and pancakes. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!
