Headed back to Connecticut after a nice weekend in Ogunquit; we took took the last exit in New Hampshire turned right and saw this place from the stop light. We needed lunch and Master McGraths did not disappoint! I had a delicious burger cooked to perfection with waffle fries and my friend had a patty melt with tater-tots. Also delicious 😋 We absolutely loved Kathy 😍 thank you for being such a fantastic human. We will be back.

Master McGrath's is a long-standing restaurant that has faced challenges with consistency. While the soups remain a highlight, the main courses have sometimes disappointed, although there are daily specials. The restaurant has a same menu for 40 years, and on Saturdays after 3 pm, they serve prime rib. Service has been slow in the past, but the staff is often friendly and efficient, making for a good experience overall. Customers have enjoyed their meals, such as burgers and patty melts with sides like waffle fries and tater-tots. Despite its dated atmosphere, the food is better than average, and when attentive, the service can be very good. Prices are reasonable, making it a nice place to catch up with friends.
