Employees are unprofessional and lazy, most of them are standing around or leaning up against the drive thru window while one person is doing the work. My order is messed up just about every time, employees are rude and unpleasant always!!
KFC is very location specific. This had overdone chicken, very heavy coating, not warm enough, muffin was old and cool. Said a straw was in the bag, it was not. Some are very good but not all.
Thomas is quite possibly the best person to have as a manager. I haven’t received that type of customer service from ANY place not just fast food places. Incredibly kind and great manager. A raise is much needed
