My love and I dined here last night. Our server was wonderful, and she enticed me with the Sea Bass Special. I've never ordered a special before, and..wow. The buttery flakiness of the fish, the perfect rice, and the bright salad dressing sent me to the moon. The old woman (delightful) brought us this amazing giant bread. Sara had the chicken kabob, and the meat was delectable. Our entire meal was amazing. $58 for two people (I had one Budweiser) is amazing. I cannot see Date Nights being anywhere else for a while My hat is off to you fine people. Regards, Peter T Connell

Great food, service and atmosphere. It has old train station signage and the huge bread was great with the appetizer sampler

Cannot recommend Anatolia enough! This family-run restaurant dishes up authentic Turkish cuisine that is to die for.

We started off with the mezze platter and fresh lavash bread. The lavash is cooked fresh and can easily satisfy a family. For our main courses, we shared the lamb kebab and falafel. The lamb had an amazing marinade and was cooked perfectly. The falafel was equally flavorful and a generous portion. There are multiple Turkish wines (along with others) to pair with your meal.

To top off the great food, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere of this old train station adds to the overall experience.

We will certainly be returning!

Always amazing! I have ordered takeout several times and it is always fresh and delicious. The employees who have taken my order are knowledgeable and helpful with my food allergies (dairy, egg, and most recently soy), which makes ordering their stress-free. I would highly recommend for the quality and the staff one of these days. I will get to order in and have a drink at the bar it always looks so welcoming when I run in to grab my food.

Anatolia Mediterranean Restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The lahmacun was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The babaganush was also so good, rich, smoky, and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well made. Yagmur was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great Mediterranean food.

You know it’s going to be bad when the table next to you is having a beer with their kebab... The service was very slow, and the food took an abnormally long time to come out. Unfortunately, the food was not good and definitely did not feel authentic Turkish or Mediterranean. The atmosphere was also disappointing. The railroad-themed décor made it seem like they moved into a previously decorated space. There was no music and overall the ambiance felt off.

Came here on the recommendation of a random person that we met at a bar in Portsmouth. Can’t wait to come back! Everything that we ate was incredibly delicious! The lamb Adana was flavorful and succulent and the falafel platter did not disappoint. The lavash bread was delicious definitely the star as the presentation is quite unique. And everything was reasonably priced!
