I need a manager to see this and reach out to me. I WILL NOT be coming back after this experience. As a barista myself I would be fired for handling the situation how it was. I am disgusted by the service that was just given. Imagine ordering your beverage and getting something completely different and when you confront the worker she ROLLS HER EYES several times and talks crap about you to other employees like she isn’t heard. rarely do I get dunks anymore but everytime I do they have an insanely long line and slow service. I usually order via the app and they still try to hand me the wrong coffee.
also, I don't care the employees smoke but doing in the front of the store? come on.
