I don’t think I could count the number of times this location has messed up my order. Tonight I ordered a steak burrito, rice, cheese, queso, guac. Not that hard. What I got was a burrito with fajita veggies, black beans and rice. None of our food was labeled like usual so I’m sure some vegetarian/ vegan customer ended up with my definitely not vegetarian/vegan friendly burrito. The team at the Stratham location is always incredible. I ordered on the App to the Newburyport location accidentally, and the team in Stratham handled it perfectly- took care of the customer, advised me how to proceed, and did it all with a smile!
I’m a Service Director for Porsche Stratham down the street- I was impressed with the quick and efficient response of the team.
