“While 95% of the time our orders are fine we get days like today. My husband's coffee was burnt and his plain bagel with cream cheese that is normally put together so he can eat it in the car was just a bagel and 2 little tubs of cream cheese thrown in a bag. I don't know if both girls that worked today are new but I was very disappointed.“

“Seemed very impersonal and like I was more a bother than a paying customer. Employees seemed disconnected with the guests that came in. However, very spacious and clean area and the coffee was delicious and donuts were of course fantastic.“

“It gets 5 stars because I love caffeine. But, there's usually too much sugar even if you ask for less and ALWAYS too much ice...like, I don't pay 5$ for a shot of coffee, shat ton of sugar, and a whole cup of ice. The staff is always nice though!“
