I would give zero stars if I could. Went here on 4/14/2024 with a friend and was not satisfied at all. My friend wanted to get a mimosa and the waitress ID'd her, which is fine. It's the law. The waitress said "I'll have to take this to the back". The waitress came back with the ID and said, "we can take this drivers license because it's bent". No big deal. So my friend gave her a Green Card. The waitress was then very rude. She was holding the card and laughing at my friend and refused to give her card back saying it wasn't an American card, even though it was issued by the United States. Finally, she got the card back in her possession. By this time the waitress said she was not going to wait on us. I'm confused about why she won't wait on us. She's the one that's treating my friend like garbage. But anyways, we asked for a manager, which did nothing. The manager got us another waitress who was really nice. My friend ordered her Mimosa with the new waitress. THEN here comes the rude waitress bringing out the mimosa with her hand inside the glass and slams it on the table and said "we do things different here in New Hampshire", with a sarcastic smile on her face. We both just looked at each other in shock wondering what this lady's deal is. She then went into the back and was speaking very loudly saying "yeah, I went out there and slammed it on the table saying 'we do things different here in NH". I felt really bad for my friend because this was obviously a race issue. This waitress needs a new job if she's unable to work with the public.

It wasn't the best visit to a restaurant we've been to countless times. Both portions of "Steamed" broccoli arrived as "warm, raw" broccoli. The chicken tenders were all dark and dry... over cooked dark or cooked in old oil dark, I couldn't be sure, but the dry meat leaves me to believe it was definitely over cooked. Lobster roll was all claw and knuckle meat and most likely from a can as it had a fishy taste. No tail meat and for $28 bucks, I could have bought 4 live ones from the market and made my own. Server was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the 5-6 tables she had. Wasn't double sat that we saw, just a full section to herself and a bit over worked. Plenty of open tables so most likely a staffing issue outside of her control at 2pm on a Saturday. It was post lunch rush so most likely 1st cuts too soon? Overall we've had much better experiences at dozens of locations elsewhere. Tilton NH location didn't stand up to any of them.

Ordered take out from the Tilton, NH 99. When we got home, the kid's meal was missing. I called the restaurant and Danielle, one of the managers actually delivered it to me. That was above and beyond. Thank you Danielle!

We were a party of 7. Was about 9pm. 1 server she did great. But at times felt like we were last priority, and weren't alot of tables, especially Towards the end. Our food sat under the heat lamp way too long. Again waitress recieved no help and seemed to be alone for entire restaurant. My party said they would not eat there again.

Went to visit relatives in NH and ended up at 99 for dinner. Our server, Jamie was friendly and attentive. The wait to be seated was shorter than what we were originally told which is definitely a plus.
