Applebee's Grill + Bar

My wife and I stopped in for a late dinner. I asked for a ginger ale that didn’t taste right so I asked for a glass of milk. As I was sitting waiting I heard her (wish I got her name) our waitress tell the bartender she was grabbing some milks. I happen to be looking at her thinking she was coming right to our table when she stopped at the end of the bar. She opened one of the milks which must have a foil top and proceeded to use this sharp point object that every waiter / waitress touches while putting there her slips on it to stab through the foil and open my milk. Needless I didn’t drink the milk. God knows when the last time that thing was washed and how many people have touched it in the past month alone. When I asked her to take the milk of the tab because I saw what she did she looked at me like I was crazy!

We had a nice lunch here. Waitress was super nice.
It is time to do some remodeling in all your Applebee's, they are getting dates.

Delicious food and great staff. The kids love going, especially because they get to have strawberries and yogurt with their meal.

Used to come here regularly with some of my employees but after tonight's experience will not be coming back. Service was terrible and food that came out was luke warm like it was sitting for a while before it was served. Waitress didn't offer any refills or ever come and check in on our table and we waited almost an hour before we were able to order after a table behind and front of us had ordered and got their food of which we were there 20 minutes before both of those parties and had the same server.

Fine food, lots of variety, sports bar like ambience, good for takeaway

Everything was cold. Steak was fatty.

I wish I could say this was the first time, but unfortunately it's happened before. Disappointing

The place to go if you're looking for some dry ribs fresh out of the refrigerator! Mmm just like having leftovers! They have a lot of other terrible options too! Sometimes the food comes out hot and fresh though... parking was okay..

Always good food and great value. One of the only restaurants still serving reasonably priced food. Keep it up!

Wow I had an absolutely terrible experience last night this location had ZERO ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT THE 9.99 SPECIAL the watrisis are trying to take advantage of you and not tell you so your bill is higher and thus bigger tips i asked my server Brittany about the promo and she just played dum unsure if they did it come on you work there have you never turned on a TV and seen it yourself finally she comes back and says they are doing it i frequently go to applebees and EVERY OTHERE LOCATION GIVES OUT THE PROMO MENUS THEY HAVE ZERO IN THE RESTAURANT SHE ALSO LIED TO ME ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET A DIFFERENT SIDE (CAN EVERYWHERE ELSE) AND TOLD ME FRIES WHERE NOT UNLIMITED SO I HAD TO PULL UP THE PROMO MYSELF TO PROVE IT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

Took a good friend here for her birthday. Good drinks and food was outstanding. Service was fast and friendly.

The staff is always fun and the food is great. Manager Chris is very personable and helpful. Will be back soon

Waitress gave me some brain

Long wait for food.
Cold and drafty.

Food and service were good. The white queso dip was very tasty. The Margarita was absolutely delicious. They have great deals and a great happy hour.
