I am not from the area, I stopped by just for coffee and bathroom. I was shocked as soon as I entered. There was a weird smell. We ordered, and we went to use the bathroom it was horrible. Food place should not be like that. I end up throwing away all the food I get and keep only coffee.

Went through drive thru this morning and ordered a coffee, wake up wrap and some hash browns. The lady doing the food must have been eating crayons, or is related to caretaker Hanson from scary movie… because her “strong hand” smashed 5 out of six hash browns. When I received it, the hash browns looked as tho they were stomped on into pieces, and thrown in the bag with no sleeve. Except..there was a sleeve, but it sat unopened on top of the smashed hash-browns. I didn’t have time to stop and get this situation handled, so instead I just won’t ever come back or recommend this dunks. Super unprofessional if this is what they consider to be acceptable behavior. Waste of money.

It worked out in a pinch. These employees were okay. Selections were minimal. DD should do much better, especially since the prices are ridiculously high.

I literally come every morning. I have always gotten a bagel twist with cream cheese. The past month or 2. Literally every morning I come they don't have them ready. Then this morning I order a maple sugar bacon sandwich on a croissant and they don't have the croissant!!!!! I miss the manager opening. She had everything ready! Always great! Your new people need to pull it together! When I can start getting my bagel twist again I will change my review! I normally love this place. Oh also this morning. Taking one order at a time. Like taking the order. Getting that persons stuff and then taking another order. I've worked at dunks i get stuff happens sometimes. But every morning. I'm sorry for complaining but I have paid for a lot of things at this dunks and don't get it. That's not right. It just hasn't been awesome last 2 months and really devastating. Also after waiting over a minute says I will be right with you.

This was THE MOST Disgusting Dunkin I've been too. The interior and sitting area were literally "slimy," powdered sugar and garbage (used napkins, etc) all over the entire floor. Even a ZEVO plug in in an outlet. Bathroom was nearly as bad. The parkinglot pavement was in such dire need if steam cleaning; I'm not surprised if they have bugs (tho I didn't see any). I didn't even order anything! It was just too awful to digest. The Manager should be fired. Complete with a bunch of employees giggling in the back, obviously Not cleaning Anything or earning their paycheck!
