coffee was only half full and when i said something i was told they weren't allowed to fill it up the rest of the way because it was ordered with less ice, even though i order my coffee the exact same way at every other dunkins in the area and have never had that problem.

Worst dunks experience ever. We ordered three sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps, a cinnamon raisin bagel, an egg and cheese wake up wrap and an order of hash browns. The only thing that was correct was the bagel, we ended up with two bacon wake up wraps and a sausage eggs and cheese croissant and no hash browns. We were on our way out of town and didn’t have time to go back. Our order was completely wrong, ruined our experience and I really don’t ever want to go back. Do better, I know you get paid pennies on the dollar, but at least put a tiny bit more effort. Waste of time, do not go here if you expect your order to be correct.

I've never heard of a dunkin' donuts, not being able to put a shot pumpkin in after they've made the coffee... Like the woman literally refused to lift the lid And put a shot of pumpkin in it. very disappointed. The woman over the intercom was very rude about it as well. But the lady at the window was very polite despite me being very unhappy. I feel like they could have if they wanted to.But they decided that they didn't feel like it.And it was a total cop out

Very pathetic service. Waited for half hour for the food but at the end they told us that they didn’t add the food in order. Manger is very rude and pathetic and doesn’t know about customer service. Very unhygienic Dunkin’ I have ever seen in US. Washroom is very dirty . We exchanged coffee two times as they made very different coffee than what we ordered. We literally felt racism in this dunkin as manager is shouting at other customer also

Service is always fast, staff are super friendly, and my drink is always made correctly!
Do not stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The girl at the drive-through who. was wearing a dirty white T-shirt gave us part of our order. We ordered two bagels, not toasted. They gave them to us and I said I asked for not toasted. They said they’re not toasted. They’re just very dark. They were overcooked and seemed like yesterday’s bagels. They forgot to give us our donuts and our drink. I had to keep asking for things that were missing. I received an attitude the whole time.

Waited 10 minutes, no one came to take my order. Three people were working and there was no one in line, either inside or in the drivethrough. The interior was dirty with garbage on the floor. Eventually I left without buying anything. Occured on 8/3/2025, approx. 4:30PM.

I get it, it’s Dunks. But, now that coffees are like 6 dollars it’s a problem when everything is wrong. Today, 7–3-25, I went on a run for work and the lady clearly didn’t want to be there, I get that too, but don’t take it out on me. She got 3 items in my order wrong, which unfortunately you don’t figure out until you’ve tried it, and she overcharged me and made no attempt to ask for my card back and fix it. 38 bucks later I and two of my coworkers are drinking drinks we paid for but didn’t want. Get it together people cmon.
