Worst DD I've been to. Spoke to people customer around area, and said stay away from this place. The attitude from the staff is unreal they are rude and unprofessional. The place is dirty. The lack luster attitude the associates have is ridiculous

Do not stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The girl at the drive-through who. was wearing a dirty white T-shirt gave us part of our order. We ordered two bagels, not toasted. They gave them to us and I said I asked for not toasted. They said they’re not toasted. They’re just very dark. They were overcooked and seemed like yesterday’s bagels. They forgot to give us our donuts and our drink. I had to keep asking for things that were missing. I received an attitude the whole time.

Waited 10 minutes, no one came to take my order. Three people were working and there was no one in line, either inside or in the drivethrough. The interior was dirty with garbage on the floor. Eventually I left without buying anything. Occured on 8/3/2025, approx. 4:30PM.

I get it, it’s Dunks. But, now that coffees are like 6 dollars it’s a problem when everything is wrong. Today, 7–3-25, I went on a run for work and the lady clearly didn’t want to be there, I get that too, but don’t take it out on me. She got 3 items in my order wrong, which unfortunately you don’t figure out until you’ve tried it, and she overcharged me and made no attempt to ask for my card back and fix it. 38 bucks later I and two of my coworkers are drinking drinks we paid for but didn’t want. Get it together people cmon.

I am not from the area, I stopped by just for coffee and bathroom. I was shocked as soon as I entered. There was a weird smell. We ordered, and we went to use the bathroom it was horrible. Food place should not be like that. I end up throwing away all the food I get and keep only coffee.

Went through drive thru this morning and ordered a coffee, wake up wrap and some hash browns. The lady doing the food must have been eating crayons, or is related to caretaker Hanson from scary movie… because her “strong hand” smashed 5 out of six hash browns. When I received it, the hash browns looked as tho they were stomped on into pieces, and thrown in the bag with no sleeve. Except..there was a sleeve, but it sat unopened on top of the smashed hash-browns. I didn’t have time to stop and get this situation handled, so instead I just won’t ever come back or recommend this dunks. Super unprofessional if this is what they consider to be acceptable behavior. Waste of money.
It worked out in a pinch. These employees were okay. Selections were minimal. DD should do much better, especially since the prices are ridiculously high.
