Table of five with a six o'clock reservation. Ordering food and drinks were slow but we didn't think much of it. About 40 minutes after ordering our waitress came back to the table to ask what one of us ordered. We then saw her go back to the computer and put our order in. We were now after 7:15 and the food was just ordered. The meal did not end up coming out until after 8:00. Crazy.

Horrible experience. Waited over an hour for food. When it arrived 3 out of 4 meals were inedible. We had been there before and food was delicious. I would not recommend this place to anyone. So sad

Visiting from California. Been here before with friends in the past. It’s gone downhill with who they hired. Does not represent the old Greenside like it should. Service was terrible. Server was incompetent. Couldn’t read or pronounce the specials and hostess was loud and rude, often on her phone. The food, however was great.

Party of 5....loved everything we ordered especially the clam chowder and shrimp special. The blacked salmon was wonderful. Julie was a very attentive waitress. We will be back.

Very cafeteria like ... needs some warming up - plants, wall decor, etc. Pork was delicious! Cooked perfectly and on a bed of a delicious grain. Sauce was amazing! I'm not one to order the same thing twice but certainly will here it was memorable

After decades, this place still cant get out of its own way, and apparentky thats how they like it. I have lived locally to this dated worn out venue and i give it a go once a year. Sometimes i bring extended family and its often embarrassing. Prices escalate and quality erodes. No wait, the quality went a whle ago. Used to get a decent prime rib but the price more than doubled and its inedible. Their live music is all bottom shelf throw-together garage bands. No paint job or decor updates can rescue the poorest of customer service and bad attitudes that the staff wear proudly on their sleeve. Skip this one permanenty, i have 30 years of proof to back it up.

We had a party of 6. We sat out on the patio at sunset. Ambience was beautiful. Service and food were great. Fish and chips, shrimp scampi with scallops, filet was delicious, and prime rib steak bomb was so good that everyone wanted some. For apps we got spinach dip with pita and two orders of the dumplings. Great night out!

Nice little place to grab a bite. Folks were very welcoming and our server was wonderful. Steak was a little overdone-I ordered medium and it came medium well. It was still tender and flavorful. Brussels sprouts were amazing! The clam chowder was superb! Could definitely make a meal off that alone. We'll return for sure. 🙂
completely dissapointed in the new menu changes! What??? no wedge salad this salad!! this salad is one of menu items that kept us coming back . I want to point out the meals we chose off the new menu were cooked to perfection. the Wait staff was exceptional. we are long time customers and disappointed in the changes made to the menu. we will be searching elsewhere im afraid. The management made un popular changes the need to reconsider.

Our server, Michelle, was outstanding. Attentive and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the pot sticker appetizer with an excellent homemade slaw. The fish and chips were delicious and generous. The prime rib was prepared to my temperature and well seasoned. The wine list is comprised of very affordable selections from small vineyards. The Pino Grigio and Pinot Noir paired well with our entrees.

We enjoyed dinner for four in the pub area. Service was excellent, drinks were great, and we enjoyed our sandwiches and salads. Portions were very generous. We look forward to going back again!

From the service to the excellent meals I can't say enough positive things about Greenside. Not to mention lots of bright cherry windows makes this an ideal spot for having fun and being one of my top HAPPY PLACES! Thank you Heather and Julie...
