Worst meal ive had in a long time. Couldnt get us sodas that werent flat because the machine was busted and no bottle water at all. Biscuit was undercooked, chicken was dry and tough, coleslaw was watery and warm, fries were stale as hell and they forgot everybodys sauces. Close this place immediately

Last 3 visits over past 2 months they had no chicken...What ???
This 3rd visit today, 2 employees hiding behind building. Doors are locked so I tried drive thru. I ordered 16 pc she told me only 8 pc i said ok. drove up to window, watched her drop pieces repeatedly and decided to drive away. OMG who does business like this ?
Where is the freakin owner ?
I'm never going back.

Love kfc food, unfortunately every time ive come to this branch they get the order wrong.
The interior especially the bathrooms are disgusting.

So i recently got a chicken bowl and also grabbed a cup of ice for the road from the drive thru, as I already had soda but just needed ice and after not noticing at first I had then realized that a loose screw from the ice machine had been in my cup the whole time and I can't even believe something like that would happen , I just thank God the screw wasn't small enough to fit up the straw but still unbelievable I just hope this doesn't happen again.

Wanted Chicken Pot pie but they were all out. That was not a big deal. Went for tenders and nuggets..Big mistake or should I say little mistake? The tenders were no bigger than the nuggets, they were very dry and the mashed potatoes were watery. The table we sat at had a spider web connected from the corner of the window to the corner of our booth back. I took a picture of it and there were dead some kind of little black bug all over the window sill. The best part of the meal was when we left! $35, not going back

If I could give a 0, I would. I placed an order at 7:18. I am walking out at 8:16 with my food, FINALLY. I placed an online order. When I got the alert that it was ready, I went up and the workers hadn’t even started preparing my meal yet. That was after waiting 25 minutes. At this point, it’s nearly 7:45. I finally get my drinks, no Pepsi, no mountain dew, no fruit punch, nothing basically. The worker tells me it’ll take 10 minutes to fire up. 20 minutes go by, and they completely forgot that I was still in the lobby waiting for my food (mind you, they locked the lobby doors at 7:50 so nobody could get in, it was just me and my friend in the lobby waiting) so I had asked how much longer and the lady looks at me like “that was already served” TO WHO? I am sitting directly across from the cash register waiting for my food. I finally got my food and left kfc at 8:16!!!!!!!! A whole hour later , after I already placed my order. Y’all need to do better and fix your place of establishment with your time management and staff communication. And yall need to clean up better. The lobby was a mess and the stations weren’t kept up either. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do better.

Wish I could leave 0 stars, because tell me why when I show up at 8:30 they have no chicken, and no Mac and cheese… especially when yall close at 10.. do better. And all you tell me is we have no chicken. Like you can’t cook any, maybe have some better customer service next time and do your job

I just Went and ordered the popcorn chicken bowl unaware that they no longer offer them. the girl said we don’t have them anymore. Didn’t offer the famous bowl or anything else instead. Then i saw the famous bowl and asked about that. She was rude and stated those are tenders not popcorn chicken. She didnt give me a drink and when i asked she stated it doesnt come with one. I pointed out the sign stated it included a med. drink. She refused to give me a drink even though the sign clearly showed is included! Very poor customer service!
Everytime i go, they mess up my order, I do online orders so its written in stone what I want, and they still cant get it right. If you are out of a side tell me, I live 25 minutes away, Im not adding 50 minutes just to return and fix my order.

The counter person called my name and gave me the wrong order twice. Then, she preceded to argue with me about what I ordered. Unreal. I most likely won't return to this location.

The manager that was on tonight Friday the 13th at approximately 7:30 p.m.was very rude to not only her workers but the customers she walked out on them after yelling at them they were trying there hardest with no help from the manager who's in yelled at the boy and told the boy that she could fire him on the spot she was very degrading and not very customer service friendly that crew was trying
