"WE DONT HAVE ANY BONE IN CHICKEN" was told that after waiting 5 mins at counter for someone to get off tic tok. HOW CAN A CHICKEN PLACE RUN OUT OF CHICKEN. Maybe because no body cares at this KFC. Place smell like sewage and is filthy. Employees are lazy and rude. Don't want to call them workers because they don't work.
Also KFC definitely lives by the word chicken fingers because they were no bigger than a finger. This place and KFC suck now. It's obvious they don't care look at the reviews, people saying this place sucks for years

I keep returning, hoping for a chicken pie; today was not the day. So, I ordered tenders (only crispy was available). What I got were four stips that looked well done with little breading. Everything, except for a good biscuit, tasted dry and old. I had to wait for the drive-through clerk to finish taking and serving those orders first. Disappointed again at this particular location. It seemed on two persons were taking and delivering. The men's room was particularly gross.

This place was dirty, many dirty tables..I got a three piece chicken strips meal. The three pieces were so small they may have equated the size of one. The selection of chicken was very sparce they had no breasts so my husband ended up with only thighs..my husband asked for extra Gravy and was charged an exhorbant price of $3.29! A side of coleslaw which was just a small container size as comes with the meal was another 3.49..totally over priced for what we got. Cleanliness is slipping again. We stopped going there for months because of being unclean but tried again a couple of weeks ago and it had improved but today went back and it is again unclean.

We stopped on our way home around 7pm on a Sunday night. They weren't busy but must have been earlier as they were running out of chicken. My sandwich was good and my husband enjoyed his chicken but it took a little while to get it.

I ordered online for pickup and planned to use the bathroom during my road trip. When I arrived at around 7 p.m. The door was locked, and only the drive-through was open. There were no other signs except one that said store dining was open until 10 p.m. The guy cleaning the floor totally ignored my waving. I had to wait in the drive-through line. There were two cars in front of me, and I waited for more than 10 minutes. After I got my order, I found that my chicken nuggets did not come with the sauces I had ordered. Had to eat my plain meal in the dark in their parking lot. It was not a very enjoyable experience.

AMAZINGLY food, shi service. can't even put a single butter w the biscuits I ordered, let alone the EXTRA I asked for. will not serve any accommodations. will not eat from here again unless I can go inside to remind them 13 times of the sauce and butter. asked at the window if I could get extra butter and got absolutely zero butter packets. ive NEVER left a bad review but fr corporate of KFC, review your staff, the window girl who was on tn was very sweet and polite but the boy I was preping the food literally forgot the shi I needed to even be able to eat it.

The worst and most irritating experience ever has been in the Tilton KFC, which had me unsatisfied and disrespected beyond belief. I drove 30 minutes from my house to the store and ordered some chicken on the bone online upon arrival at the store. Much to my surprise, I was told by the employees that they ran out of chicken on the bone.

I asked for a refund of my order, which I was expecting to be an easy and swift situation. Little did I expect that employees at the restaurant refused to cooperate with the refund on-site, urging me instead to request this refund online. They did not offer me substitute food or choice; neither was I given the managers name or her manager's contact by the female manager on duty.

This manager was being extremely rude, nasty, and condescending to me. I was shocked by the level of her unprofessionalism and lack of common courtesy. I couldn't believe how bad I was being taken care of for a paying customer. In fact, it has been one of the worst experiences in customer service that I have ever had to deal with in my life.

I had to call their customer service and spent over 40 minutes on the phone just to get my refund. Frankly, it was tiresome and could have been completely avoided if the manager just treated me properly in the first place.

I am determined to take this further by ensuring the district manager is aware of the appalling behavior shown by the manager of this KFC branch. This sort of behaviour is not welcome in any business, let alone a chain known by all.

I would strongly avoid going to the Tilton KFC branch, because my experience was literally a nightmare. No respect, professionalism, or customer service has been accorded by the involved staff, especially the manager.

All in all, my visit to this KFC was a bad experience on all counts, and I fervently hope my complaint results in better customer service and management at this outlet and the manager to be reprimanded or demoted. For any business, customer satisfaction needs to be paramount at all times; it goes without saying that this particular KFC has many more miles to go along that axis.
