Staff are friendly. Availability of food is hit or miss. Sometimes they are out of pot pies. This last visit they had no original blend chicken or macaroni and cheese. Had to stop ordering on line due to always being out of something on the menu. This location needs improvement for sure.

Chicken pot pie less than half full of carrots and sauce. One small piece of chicken, shredded. Top was sunk to the bottom from having no product under the crust. Charged me for the meal all I got was this shitty pie in a big box. The worst KFC. My fault for going back.

If I could rate this place negitive stars I would. Each time I come I get nothing but absolute attitude from all staff members. Yay and got a soda only to receive a flat soda and as I went in to try to get a different drink, the girl behind the counter yelled at me told me I could only get water because all of their soda was flat when I asked for a refund she completely ignored me Turned around and started making other orders Jen, every time I get a sauce packet it’s always open in moldy inside it’s are so rubbery you can bend them and they’ll stay the bent shape. I am disgusted by this place and everybody who runs it

We placed an order to take home and when I got home I realized that I hadn't gotten the right side. I was supposed to get cole slaw and they put in mashed potatoes and gravy. So disappointed. The chicken and biscuits were really good. I just wish they would pay attention to what they are doing and possibly let me know when they are out of something and then offer me another option. instead of picking for me.
Ordered through the app. Online says they’re open until 10. My son got there just after 7 and was told they were closed. He said there was an online order put through and that it says they’re open until 10. Tried to show them the order number. They said they have nothing and they’re not going to do anything about it and he needed to leave. I’ve also been there on multiple occasions where they had no chicken. This location needs to be closed down or every person needs to be fired.

I ordered multiple things on the KFC app and arrived at KFC when it said my order was ready. I went to go inside but the doors were locked.
I then went through the drive through and the women told me they were out of everything except chicken nuggets. I asked her to cancel my order and she said I would have to do that through the app. So I left and tried to cancel the order through the app and it wouldn’t let me because it was past that point.
I then went back and went through the drive through again and asked if I could just get some chicken nuggets because I couldn’t cancel through the app and I was told no that’s against their policy and I had to call the number inside the app.
So I left with no food at 8 pm and my card had been charged and I have to call the number in the app at some point and try and get my money back. This is completely ridiculous and no wonder the KFC in tilton is a dump.

Place is a joke they shut their fryers off fryers off an hour and a half early and tell you you need to wait at least 20 minutes for the fryer to heat up when I placed my order30 minutes prior so wait almost an hour for food?! Not to mention they were too busy cleaning and closing an hour and a half early to acknowledge me. Not the first time I’ve had a problem either this store should close. Still waiting on a refund too a week later
