Stopped for coffee because usually McDonalds has good coffee. Did you change your coffee?? Waited atleast 15 minutes for the first cup, , that we both returned, tasted like water with a cream in it. Your staff shrugged his shoulders & said I can brew another pot but it will be atleast 3 minutes. Ofcourse we waited that’s why we stopped. The next cup was just as bad. We usually prefer McDonalds coffee over any other fast food chain.

Nine dollars for just a quarter pounder sandwich. Absolutely outrageous. The drive thru crew couldn't sound or act more disinterested in service. I'm officially done with the arches.

The dinning room was Nasty fries and garbage on floors and all dirty tables.soda spilled on floor by machines not wiped up. Was really disgusting to go in.

They didn't put 2 Sausage egg and cheese muffins in my order (order of 8 items). I didn't check the bag, trusting that everything is correct.
We had a long hike planned that day and really needed those muffins.
