I would give a negative if I could - Sunday before Christmas, the peppermint mocha frappucino ordered through drive-thru for my mom did not have cover on properly - drink spilled over the groceries, the carpet and my mother. I was told that there is an issue with covers.....prudence would dictate that if you know about this, you make sure the cover is on.......I had to clean it in the frigid cold. Will not know until warm weather if the carpet will smell so that is wonderful. District Manager Brianna Mireault, called and did seem like she cared but a 50.00 gift card does not begin to cover what I had to deal with....been a month since I heard from her so expecting they are going to ignore me. Thank God it was not a hot drink as it would have been so much worse. Bottom line is the customer does not matter - Starbucks can't even give a gift card more than 50.00 for the hassle and mess their screw up caused.....
People give their hard earned money to this place and when something like this happens, Starbucks should make it right......

I was so disappointed that you advertised you had eggnog lattes only to find out youve discontinued them again? The advertised that. Take down your signs as well. Your no longer my holiday drink go to.... your overpriced anyway...

This place used to be my favorite spot but whoever worked today, ruined my day by their attitude and lack of effort in making this drink. Wasn’t even mixed, or blended, had a huge high chunks in a frappe.

Talk about on point! I’ve been stopping at the Starbucks every night for the last 6 months. Greeted by first name and coffee done right every time perfect. Came in tonight. Ordered my regular for my wife and I to start our day right in the morning and looked over at the to go bin. It was overflowing with pick up orders! Not only were they on top of all the to go orders. I still got my coffee in a timely manner and as always with a friendly smile. You can’t ask for a better environment! Truly impressive work for the whole staff this crew is amazing. I look forward to stopping in every night. They deserved a nice shot out tonight. Great work to the whole team! You all rock ☺️

Sharing my experience

The staff are always friendly. Everytime I’ve gotten the salted caramel mocha strato it looks just like the picture. The drove through line can be really long, but they get through the line quickly.

Clear your schedule if you’re going to order. 30 minutes for a medium iced coffee black. And I walked in to try to avoid the 7 cars in the drive thru.
