Sharing my experience

The staff are always friendly. Everytime I’ve gotten the salted caramel mocha strato it looks just like the picture. The drove through line can be really long, but they get through the line quickly.

Clear your schedule if you’re going to order. 30 minutes for a medium iced coffee black. And I walked in to try to avoid the 7 cars in the drive thru.

Do not stop here unless you absolutely have to. The service at this Starbucks is terrible. No one communicates and I waited over an hour for a breakfast sandwich.

I ordered 1 cold brew black ice coffee at the counter. It took over 25 minutes. I still don’t have my coffee. How does this business continue to operate? Also the people that stand there complaining about when they are going to get their stuff are pathetic. They see everyone else waiting and still ask the person making their coffee when it’s going to be ready.

I’m a long term partner from out of state- this location does not follow standards, dress code, etc. No greetings when walking in, no connections at the window, no writing on cups, dress code not adhered to… Sad to see a location like this where they only treat you nicely once they realize you’re a partner. Next vacation up here I’m avoiding this location. The training we receive and are pushed on is for a reason- we need consistency! Best of luck you guys.
