The staff are always friendly. Everytime I’ve gotten the salted caramel mocha strato it looks just like the picture. The drove through line can be really long, but they get through the line quickly.
I got a hot matcha latte. They customized mine for me and put lavender powder in it, omg...sooooo good! Definitely a little pricey but if you're just doing it once in a while As a treat for yourself totally worth it, delicious!
Most of the staff are super nice but there are a couple who just aren't great at customer service. I have anxiety so getting my drink fixed when it's repeatedly made wrong already causes anxiety, but its so much worse when a woman tried to argue with me when i get the same thing always and know what it should taste like and what went wrong. Everyone else there is super amazing and has no problem fixing it and realizing that they missed something on the sticker. Seriously...
