Waitng forever in drive through. Woman at window was rude when questioning if we had all our food. One thing was wrapped in napkin so thought it was missing. No big deal just say so and don’t have an attitude after we were patiently waiting in a fast food line for a half an hour for preordered food. There was not that many people in line they were just super slowwwww

I have yet to have a positive experience at this Taco Bell. The wait time and customer service is horrendous. I just went through the drive-through and was told it would be a 30-minute wait. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot and there were five employees huddled by the window.
I used to work in fast food, so I tend to give a lot of grace, but this is the third time that I’ve tried to order at this particular Taco Bell and had to leave empty handed. Thankfully there’s a Wendy’s across the street; they’ll at least take your order.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been too. Long wait times in lobby and drive through . When you go into the lobby all the staff just looks at you and don’t even ask if customers need help they make you wait at least 15 to 20 minutes until they ask you if they can help you, they always have an attitude never greet customers professionally and very long wait times for your food. They’re busy talking and chitchatting. I don’t know what the manager of taco Bell does But I know it’s not managing

They need to hire people that know what they are doing. I had two orders for doordash. I walked in to the counter and stood there for 15 minutes before someone asked me what I was waiting for. Then the person said that he had those orders and started making them. 15 minutes went by and I got 1 of the orders. 20 minutes after that the person came up to me again and told me he still has to cook the steak. In the meantime I'm watching the person at the drive up window freaking out about her job. Time to pay more to get workers.

This Taco Bell had the BIGGEST and BEST tacos of any TB I've ever been to. Wife said same for her food. I WISH the stingy TB near my home made tacos even close to as big and we'll-provisioned as the ones we got here.

So disappointed with the service. The drive thru had 4 cars inline, so I went inside. The women who took my order was very nice. After 22 minutes waiting for my burrito, I asked the staff about my order. They said that the drive thru was the priority and that they were swamped. There was plenty of staff. I watched them make order after order for the drive thru. I finally received my order after 25 minutes because I complained. As I was leaving I noticed that all of the people in the dining area had not received their order and they were there before me. I think when you go to Taco Bell you expect fast food. But I guess you only get fast food if you go to the drive through.
Really seemed like they didnt wanna be there. Didnt wrap half of my gfs meal and it spilled all over the bag. We got a half filled large nacho fry. Like bro, I was really looking forward to taco bell and it was all my girlfriend wanted for dinner.

I went there to get food with my aunt. We went inside to grab our food. Right off the bat, something was wrong. A gentleman came in and said he didn't receive something in his order. Then, when it was our turn, my aunt ordered first, they didn't give her what she asked for. Then I noticed how disgusting it is in their also they had no ice in the ice machine. I literally watched a worker through something on the ground where the trash pile was gross.

I don't get fast food like taco bell often due to the fact that it normally is just crap and I never actually get what I want 😅 it's normally a guilty pleasure after a concert or if I've been traveling all day and it's midnight. This 1 taco bell I've been fortunate to never have my order messed up and I've always gotten what I asked, made nicely (not tossed in a bag and a mess) they've always been kind and professional to me no matter what time of day.
