I went there to get food with my aunt. We went inside to grab our food. Right off the bat, something was wrong. A gentleman came in and said he didn't receive something in his order. Then, when it was our turn, my aunt ordered first, they didn't give her what she asked for. Then I noticed how disgusting it is in their also they had no ice in the ice machine. I literally watched a worker through something on the ground where the trash pile was gross.

I don't get fast food like taco bell often due to the fact that it normally is just crap and I never actually get what I want 😅 it's normally a guilty pleasure after a concert or if I've been traveling all day and it's midnight. This 1 taco bell I've been fortunate to never have my order messed up and I've always gotten what I asked, made nicely (not tossed in a bag and a mess) they've always been kind and professional to me no matter what time of day.

Don't try to pay in cash. They're too reliant on their self service kiosks and don't know how to look at the register, then get confused when someone wants to use cash. Food is lackluster and portions are small and ill prepared. I know I've gotten old when I worry about these kids' futures lol... fast food has seriously gone down the drain.

Last time I go to a Taco Bell location. So tonight I decide to go by the drive thru march-11 At 9pm and This is what I got in a 5 layer, 2 crumbs of beef with nothing on it. I got home a Know is a very light sloppy wrap and I instantly knew there was nothing on it before I even open the wrap. I had no other choice but to dumb it in the trash since I was already home and I wasn’t going to drive back. This is what happens when they hire young kids that do not care about their job. I got served leftovers. It was disgusting! Cold, dry and nasty looking. It looked like whoever made it, hated his job. Is actually sad because I actually work for the Flynn Group INC through Applebees. And this is an embarrassment to the Flynn group family!! We truly care about our job but I guess the Taco Bell night staff don’t care one bit about their job

Went there a couple times and it was good. Went there recently and they forgot one of my items. I got the dippers and they looked laughable compared to the pictures it advertises.
always has cold food, missing items, nobody at the register to take your order if you're not using the drive thru. keep in mind I do modifications and it's MUCH easier to do on the kiosk than verbally telling so it's alot easier to go in and use the kiosk. the doors are locked at 10pm 70% of the time. lazy and shitty staff, simple as that.
