The pizza is incredible and the prices are great! Nice local shop with fresh ingredients. I ordered online and got my order right on time. They gave me plates & napkins to go.

We ordered the spicy fries, which in all honesty were extremely salty, they were warm so that was a plus. We ordered a meat lovers pizza, the amount of meat topping was great but the pizza lacked in flavor, we couldn't put our finger on it but it is missing flavor (possibly the sauce).My fiance added salt and pepper to his pizza which iv never seen him do( to try to add some flavor) The environment was very clean and cute. The staff was nice. It isn't a place thar we feel the desire to come back to unfortunately.

Around 2 pm yesterday (8/18) we went to Upper Crust to get some lunch. We orders some tenders, a one topping pizza and a sub. We were told 15-20 minutes for dine in. 55 minutes later our food is done.
The tenders were warm at best. The "sweet and sour" was Chinese duck sauce packets. The pizza was one of the greases messes I have ever seen. I used about 8 paper towel napkins to soak up the grease. The pizza was one of the floppiest pizza's ever and the crust portion was much larger than normal. The sub was fine.
The restaurant was not crazy busy. Most tables were full but never anyone waiting the 1.5 hrs we were there in total and only a handful of take out orders happened. Considering how hot the pizza was when we got it, it was a good 30-40 minutes after ordering before they even cooked the pizza. All the said, when were got there, one of the tables was covered in trash from a previous customer and no efforts were made by the staff to clean it up. Eventually I cleaned it up for them so we had a place to sit.
Message to mgmt, hire more staff and train them better. I'd be shocked if the business lasts if the service continues like this.

This is a great hidden gem of a pizza place with great Italian food and a quaint atmosphere with such nice owners. They are very attentive to all of your needs and always ask how things are and even occasionally greet you at the table to make sure everything is good.
Brian, the owner and his wife even came up to our table after visiting others to see how everything was.
We had the pizza called Brian’s favorite. My name is also Brian so we had commonality and then we both learned that we are both pilots as well, so we had a lot to talk about and these owners are authentic and friendly people.
Can’t speak highly enough about the pizza that we got since it was not greasy at all and had medium thickness crust, which is great because I’m not a big thin crust pizza but I also don’t like when it’s as thick as a scrub daddy sponge!
Authentic flavored food and an exceptional wide variety menu. I highly recommend the Greek salad!

Unfortunately this was their last chance to get it right...Last 3 pizzas were undercooked so we asked for it to be extra crispy. It was barely cooked by the crust. Tasted doughy. But my issue was with my daughter's dairy allergy. We said hold the cheese and the nice guy on the phone said they'd put it in a separate container. Great! Now we all can enjoy it how we like it! AFTER my husband paid, he said his brother(?) put cheese in it by mistake but took it off immediately. There was cheese everywhere which they either should've remade or given to us for free! Thankfully we could see the pieces throughout the entire salad! She just didn't eat anything, to be safe. Not cool.

From the outside it looks like a small and ordinary pizza place, but on the inside is real attention to detail. A diverse menu, good ingredients, great food. Try the white sauce pizza, it's awesome. Friendly service, good food, good price. Don't overlook this
