The shop is adorable. The owner just lovely. The food is AMAZING. We had the chili, carrot ginger soup and the roast beef on a croissant special. Not disappointed. The food is fresh, perfectly balanced flavors. We had a blood orange lemonade. Light, slightly tart, but again balanced flavor, so good. But then I got a peppermint mocha latte for the road and it was the best decision I could make. I am a coffee addict and this coffe was delicious. Highly recommend.

I love the Copper Pot Bistro!! Everything I have tried so far has been amazing. The atmosphere is so relaxing, inviting, and beautiful. Lenka is super sweet, friendly, and very accommodating. She has quite a menu to choose from. Her homemade soups are heartwarming. Her panini's and her quiche are so good! Her food is wholesome and healthier than most places. Her home-baked goodies are sweet enough, but not overly sweet like most places can be. Be sure to try her hot chocolate! It's mine and my sons favorite. I especially love her homemade macaroons. Lenka is kind of like a food and beverage whisperer. If you don't know what you want, she may make a suggestion, and it's always what you needed 🙂

The Copper Pot Bistro was incredible. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the service was outstanding. I cannot recommend this place enough, perfect for lunch after a day in the whites!! The owner was not only a great chef but an overall incredible person, one of kindest people I have ever met. The food was incredible not only in taste but also in quality of ingredients, after a brief conversation with the owner we learned she has a strong focus on organic ingredients, a very farm to table feel. Nice place with delicious chicken soup, paninis and fresh salad! A charming host as a bonus 🙂 Big choice of coffees. The atmosphere is really great. While our food was preparing (very fast though), we were enjoying looking at the photos of a local photographer.
