On a casual Monday drive, I stopped here after leaving a too busy, too slow, Dunkin' in Keene. The staff were extremely nice and friendly, my order came quickly, and I was back on the road. The staff were so wonderful: Two youngsters were short money for their order and one of the staff made up the difference.

not to be rude but i’ve worked in the service industry and i understand making mistakes. but when it clearly states on the TICKET how much cream should be used and there’s not an ounce it’s pretty frustrating normally i’m not the type of person to write a review but come on.

Ordered 2 caramel lattes, 1 berry burst and 1 donut in the drive through. Had to park and go inside because the drinks weren’t even close to being full. They refused to fix the lattes but topped up the berry burst. Then got back in the car and tried the coffee to find that there wasn’t any caramel in it. We went back in and they remade the coffees with syrup this time. Not sure how it went so wrong in the first place.

$10 for a box of 25 munchkins???? I realize you gotta pay back the mortgage on this new building but seriously.... $25... for a byproduct??
