Got the toasted white chocolate hot chocolate. It is pretty good, however a bit too sweet. Good speedy service though.

If you're at Walpole Dunkins, leave and go a few miles down the road, across the river to the Westminster, VT Dunks. You'll be much happier.

Ordered a hot chocolate today. The guy who made it then stood behind the portion of the counter where you can’t see what there doing for several minutes. Long enough that it began to get concerning. Finally paid and left. Took the lid off before taking a sip and there was a large amount of gunk and things floating in my hot chocolate. No idea what he did to it, but it was nasty. Had to throw it away at the next gas station. Will not be back.

I just went in a few minutes ago and the lady at the front counter was super nice and polite, made our order perfectly. I got a signature latte and she apologized for it being messily made but it's probably the best one I've had so far. 10/10 awesome service
We just order at the Walpole nh Dunkin’s and I am beside myself. The woman working the drive thru was very rude. When we ordered a small frozen hot chocolate and then went to order a large her response was what you want another one. Then after a long wait we got our ham and Swiss croissant that was still frozen in the center. And then we were handed what she told us was a frozen hot chocolate. We told her it wasn’t and she proceeded to tell us it was but it wasn’t until we pointed out the on the go order slip that said frozen hot coffee on it that she took it back and got us the right one. Which at that point we said thank you sorry for the confusion and her response was YUP! So unprofessional. This Dunkin’s needs help and to stop hiring people that don’t care about customer service! Will not be returning or recommending.
The staff is so welcoming and polite. They even found a way to nicely inform me that I couldn't have the stuffed biscuit bites I tried to order as they were out. I decided I would get one of the heart shaped Boston Cream donuts to go with my drink and I proceeded to go sit down at a table to enjoy. The tables were clean and there was music playing, but not too loud.
I asked for cold foam in my coffee and didn’t get it and coffee isn’t brewed right and didn’t mix ice coffee. Never going here again.
The short haired with glasses woman that I'm presuming was the manager overspoke me while trying to talk to one of the employees though directing it towards me in a loud unprofessional disrespectful manner and when I tried to respond to explain my situation walked away from me. If I see she's working there next time I will not order anything and walk out. If you're going to be in a customer service type of job you might want to know how to have customer service skills.

Can't really knock them they were short handed on black Friday however we were there for a no food related purchase and waited for a good spell cause the 2 working were more focused on drive through than splitting up the
Worst place to ever go to. Went through the drive thru window ordered 25 chocolate munchkin and one blueberry muffin. Got to the window the girl who was at the window around 7:46 am was extremely rude very unpleasant person. She had handed me a bag with a blueberry donut I told her i believe you have my order wrong I ordered a blueberry muffin she took the donut back threw it across the counter and dropped my munchkins on the ground outside of my car. Slammed the window so i opened my door grabbed the munchkins off the ground ( Mind you this happened in front of my three child all under 8 years old ) so she came back to the window threw my muffin towards me and I said I wanted to speak to a manager now she got extremely red in the face and said she is right THERE! So I then waited about two minutes for the manager to come to the window ( she was older lady white hair short ) ( no one ever gave me there names when I asked ) I told her how rude that girl was that she through my food onto the ground and all i got was I'm sorry that happened you know we are extremely short staffed I stopped her there and told her I don't want to hear about how short staffed you are because everywhere is short staffed but to have someone working in customer service needs to have a much better attitude and how disrespectful she was to throw my food on the ground and at me. All I got from the manager at the Walpole nh Dunkin was oh I'm sorry .... seriously...wow do not go hear unless you want to be disrespected and food thrown at you with rude service . Waiting for corporate to call me because this is extremely rude and hurtful.
Consistently bad service every time. 2 people ahead of you in the drive thru order coffee? Be prepared to wait 10 minutes. Minimum. You're considered lucky if you get the actual items you ordered. Have had my order read back to me, confirmed my items, paid for them, then find half of its wrong. Like come on guys. There will be 8 employees screaming and running around, and 0 work getting done.
Terrible service. They don't even toast your sandwiches, & very rude.
DD always has good tasting coffee. And it fun to take the grandkids for a donut so many to choose from.
