Worse service ever today... I went in because we had a large order today. My kids all ordered frozen drinks with whip cream, they were handed to us with no whip cream and when I told the girl that handed them to us she was less than friendly about it. It was on the receipt correctly so obviously they were not reading the screen. The coffee I ordered was not correct, but I caught that before they made it. Dunkin' offers quick drive-through service, but in-store ordering can be slow. Employees are a highlight, cheerful and helpful, but some customers are disappointed with the quality of donuts, which are now smaller and frozen. The oak milk latte is a recommended drink, though some wish there was more oatmilk. This smaller Dunkin' location is conveniently located near a market and has ample parking, despite some drive-through congestion. The snack bacon can be cold with solidified grease, and the munchkins are not always fresh. While the drive-thru is busy, the inside is super clean and empty, perfect for a mini getaway. Coffee remains a solid Dunkin' standard.
