Coyote Grill has a few clearly marked gluten-free entrees. The wait staff and the chefs will make extra effort to make your gluten-free needs extremely tasty. Some of the entrees are relatively creative. They use local, seasonal vegetables such as winter squash in the fall. My wife and I ate there two nights in a row because the first night was so good. Food was great all guest enjoyed. Service was the only real draw back, and they were not even 25% full. not horrible but timing of food was horrible no one wants appetizers at the same time as the main course. forgot a dish too. Would go back, hopefully just a fluke.
Very surprised the rating is as low as it is, this place is fantastic. Calamari was excellent, Korean BBQ ribs were delicious, three fish tacos had just the right amount of spice. The blizzard pie? Good lord. I wish I had taken photos of everything. We had their speciality Manhattan, and my wife had a Dirty Martini and both were well made. Great options for kids. Went back for a second visit to try their oysters and wings. Was not disappointed!
