Had I seen the 3.3 stars beforehand I would not have even bothered coming here. Ordered an omelette with egg, cheese, tomato, and pepper. First time it came out it had onions in it. Asked to have it remade with no onions. Came out again still with onions. The staff have no clue what's going on. The service is slow and inattentive. Our waiter was either sitting on his phone or standing around shooting the shit with the other staff. We had to get up from the table to go over and remind him to bring our drinks. We noticed another table had to send someone up to the bar to remind them that they need their food. The place was practically empty so no excuse for slow and inattentive waiters. The food is way overpriced (though not unexpected at a ski resort). Paid $17 for a small oj and an avocado wrap. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

Nice to have a burger after cross country Xc Skiing. Its basically a Costco burger w lots of cheese.

The service here is awful. I'm currently waiting past 30 mins for a cup of coffee or the check or just anything. You will actually feel like a prisoner here, that's how bad the service is. In the end, you will be begging a child with a listless expression to just LET ME LEAVE! JUST LET ME LEAVE HERE! I DONT CARE ABOUT THE COFFEE ANYMORE, I JUST WANT TO GO HOME!!! ANYONE? HELLO? HELLOOOOOO?

“Sports” pub with two screens that just has slow service, is stingy with the water, and made my friends and I (party of 3 btw) do all the math to split the check FOR them lol. I’d recommend ordering to-go, since the food is actually pretty good

Went twice when I stayed here for a hockey tournament. Staff was great and in top of everything both times. Went with a whole team the first time and just two of us the second and both times the food was good. The signs hung up is quite unique and the views are nice.

I work in Waterville Valley . These guys make the best breakfast sandwiches! If you have the time, please stop in.

Service not existing asked for well done home fries they were white! Server never came back the whole time we were eating to even ask if food was ok or if we needed anything
Staying very close so decided to give another chance
Next day different server told him our experience from day before he promised he would make sure food was correct guess what got white homefries again after asking for well done
Won't go back if ever in the area

Stopped in after a hike. It was October shortly after 1 pm. Not very busy (got busier closer to two). We could sit anywhere so we picked a seat by the window to look out over the pond. The service was great, everyone was friendly and we were waited on quickly. The burgers were good. Minus one star because the onion rings didn't seem all that fresh. They were not as warm as the fries. We would visit again. We did notice that as the place started to fill up a little it did get louder in there, so something to think about if you want a quick lunch/dinner.

Don’t spend your money here. Food was terrible burger tasted straight out of a freezer. Coke slaw was rancid. Service was absolutely horrible it was like we were bothering our waiter everytime.

We ordered a Jalapeño burger with fries and a Chef Salad. All the food was terrific. Our waiter, Adrian, was very friendly and accommodating. The bar had a great selection of beers and drinks. Beware; they close at 3 or 4, especially at slow times.

We came here for lunch, my mother ordered a chicken salad sandwich, when it arrived it was egg salad. She mentioned that she ordered chicken salad, the person that brought it was not the one who took our order and was immediately said “ok, we will make it right”. A minute later the girl who did take or order arrives and says in a really moody way, “you ordered egg salad” to which my said that she doesn’t eat eggs so she would never order that…the girl snarkily replied “well…that’s what you ordered and stormed off”. We were shocked, she was so rude, and to her, clearly, she’s never messed up an order and the customer is wrong.

My mom got her corrected order, and we finished the meal, the entire time, each moment the waitress walked by she glared at my mom (who by the way is 70 years old). When she came to give us the bill, she slammed it in front of my mom and had her hand inches from her face.

At this time, I took the bill and went to find the manager. In front of her I explained that her whole attitude from start to finish was unacceptable. The was she barked at her then level of aggression toward my mom when she brought the bill was not OK. I highlighted how the other two waitstaff were friendly and she should take notes from them.
