If anyone is considering or interested in becoming a franchisee in Michigan, don’t.
There’s unfair treatment to sushi franchisees. Their management is so poor and unprofessional. They will make you sell your sushi bar if you don’t do what they say or talk back to them. They put so much pressure on you by giving you a ticket costing you more than $1000. They never appreciate franchisees' value; instead expect you to obey their words and something in return ($ or gifts).

just tried your sushi at a Fred Meyer store in wood village, Oregon. I got the poke bowl. It was terrible. The tuna and the salmon had a lot of sinew in it. There was very little vegetables. No gari, no seaweed salad and no wasabi. It was almost all rice and the rice was hard. It was a waste of $11.99. Before your company took over I used to go through all the time but now I will never go back again. I definitely feel ripped off.

I have no idea if there used to be a restaurant counter here, but following Google’s directions to a “sushi restaurant” my child and I ended up circling around the inside of a supermarket until we found the smallest little counter with pre-made sushi…not Bento labeled, but “Snowfox Sushi”. We took our pricey boxes to the self-checkout, grabbed the last plastic fork in the rack on the way out, and sat on the chilly curb next to the car to eat before heading back on the road. Was I in the wrong place? I’ve never felt so deceived by a google recommendation in my life.

I have had some of the product a couple of times now and have been pleased with their food. The people who work the sushi station are always friendly and if the have the ingredients avail are more than willing to make up a particular entree if you don't see it or if you have a food allergy and cannot it the item the way it is prepared in the case.

Great selection when you don't want to go to a sit down restaurant. Have loved all the items I've gotten from here.
