This is the only wholesale club in the Upper Valley and for at least a 50-mile radius. The nearest is another BJ's in Manchester, while Costcos are even further away, in the Burlington or Nashua areas. So it's a welcome retail option for the Upper Valley. The "High Octane" coupons are a joke. The ten cents a gallon per item did NOT come off my gas price. I have been to the service desk four times in the last two months about this. On the third time, the woman looked at my buying history and realized that they owed me $8.65. On the fourth time, another woman said that she wasn't able to look at my history and wasn't able to help me and I should have come in the same day that I purchased the gas (like I have nothing else to do with...read full review

I've taken my time to think about this review, I hope that someone in management takes the time to read it... I've spent a lot of time in warehouse clubs and this one is the worst... it has frustrated me to the point of leaving a bad review. I waited, I was patient, I tried to give them a fair shake.
