This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Old lady at the front is very rude and condescending to customers. The floors and bathroom are very dirty, some tables even straight up smell like piss. We were told they had no fries and not enough breasts for our order, they are missing half their menu, and still have the audacity to rush customers to pick an alternative side.

Waited in drive-thru, only two cars ahead of us, but still took 10 minutes to order. No potato bites. Paid, then was asked to wait by door for food to be brought out, waited 15 minutes, finally went inside and waited 15 more minutes. $32 for a 12piece fried chicken and 30 minutes later.. next time I’ll go have a sit down meal at a restaurant and get my food faster.

God awful dine in conditions. Garbage on the floor, surfaces and every table was unclean. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere to avoid possible food poisoning. The fountain drinks were almost all out. I receive a sly response to informing an employee of them. The workers have given up on their place of employment. It’s a shame.

Such a fascinating dynamic. I just read about 20 prior reviews and they consistently outline the array of problems that practically strike you in the face as you step into this location. First, online orders issue a pick-up time based upon the idea that the restaurant is rapidly preparing meals, although it is not. So one enters and typically finds a cluster of annoyed, agitated and bewildered customers encircling the counter in various stages of waiting and agita. What is mystifying is that despite the chronic pitfalls, solutions to improve service have not been applied, with the one exception that labels bearing the name of the customer are very gradually affixed to bags of food, which is the one improvement seen in three visits over two years. In today's order, one item was not added to my bag. Luckily, I only waited fifteen minutes beyond the reported pick up time. I join the throngs of other reviewers in strongly recommending that people avoid this KFC unless they are purposely intent upon elevating hypertension or have a hankering for a fit of rage. The potential for improvement in processes and systems is ever-present, but has not yet been addressed. Yours in mutual suffering, and extra crispy, a would be fan of fried chicken.

I go to this kfc quite a bit I’m even planning on going back soon (hopefully this month) the 1 thing that I’m not happy about is that kfc does not have the popcorn chicken anymore and that was mine and my brother favorite thing we also love the potato wedges and they got rid of those too it’s really upsetting but I love the food and the workers are really nice

The West Lebanon location is by far the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. Ever. Every single time I go I wait for twenty minutes for them to tell me they’re out of almost everything. How does this place stay open?
