Always short staffed, so could be significantly cleaner and completely misses the “fast” in fast food. I wouldn’t spend my money here again. I’m currently waiting in a 30 minute drive through line for a mobile order I made because they closed the lobby (again, they do this weekly) due to short staff. No warning or indication on the app. Take your money elsewhere!

Waited in line for 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich. They finally give me my food and when I got home I see they just threw 2 chicken tenders in a bun… for 6$ that’s robbery. Don’t charge someone full price for something you don’t have!!!

Ass service very very very very slow and old lady at the first say they run out of chicken so I can’t get the food I ordered gotta get what they had n she said it take 1 hour n a half to make more chicken worse KFC I EVER BEEN TOO
Got my order wrong, gave me no sauce I paid for. I waited forever, bad service. And most importantly the quality of the food was so bad. Don't go here!

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Old lady at the front is very rude and condescending to customers. The floors and bathroom are very dirty, some tables even straight up smell like piss. We were told they had no fries and not enough breasts for our order, they are missing half their menu, and still have the audacity to rush customers to pick an alternative side.

Waited in drive-thru, only two cars ahead of us, but still took 10 minutes to order. No potato bites. Paid, then was asked to wait by door for food to be brought out, waited 15 minutes, finally went inside and waited 15 more minutes. $32 for a 12piece fried chicken and 30 minutes later.. next time I’ll go have a sit down meal at a restaurant and get my food faster.

God awful dine in conditions. Garbage on the floor, surfaces and every table was unclean. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere to avoid possible food poisoning. The fountain drinks were almost all out. I receive a sly response to informing an employee of them. The workers have given up on their place of employment. It’s a shame.
