The rock bottom of New England Dunkin. Quasi third world. No joke. Particularly the AM hours. I have scene teams of two expedite far faster then this group of 4. Insanely slow with no apology. Big time YIKES!

It is 6:55 door was unlocked and employee said they have nothing left including coffee. That is 5 minutes before they close. What a douche!

This Dunkin location has recently gone down hill. For the past few months they are regularly out of bagels, croissants, English muffins, egg, etc. 7 out of the past 10 orders for pickup for a breakfast sandwich has been unable to be fulfilled by the staff because they are out of something. They are often out of basic ingredients as early as 11am. They also frequently have hardly any donuts left by early afternoon. Also, I have gone twice where not only could they not complete my order, they didn't know how to refund me either.
I would avoid this location if possible. If you are going to this location, do not order for pickup. You may be flushing your money down the drain

Absolutely hideous! I received a glazed donut with literally zero glaze. Upon returning it, I was told, " they bake the glaze into the donut." Excuse me, what?! They replaced it with a different donut that was equally dry and stale, and I couldn't choke it down.

Stooped here on our way home on a Sunday morning. It was first thing after they opened. The ladies working were polite and friendly. Our food was hot and delicious. My coffee didn't taste terrible so that's also a plus!
I am giving 3 stars specifically because of one person not the whole establishment. We have had so much trouble with this employee and almost makes us not wanna return. She either makes the order wrong, burns it, or serves us frozen food. We have called her out and she says “ yup it’s done” we’ve brought this up to management but this employee is going to make frequent customers want to steer clear..

Great place, but the downfall is there is absolutely NO parking! Too many locals like to hang out and chat , it's way to small for that and feels like you're interrupting them as you have to walk bye lol.
